Ernest is such a great help to me, I have dealt with him on many occasions now and he always sorts out the problems I have.

I am migrating my online store from Shopify to Shopwired and I have to say that I am incredible happy with the support team. I have dealt with Ernest this afternoon who was happy to help with all of my questions and even completed some of the tasks for me.. Really can't be happier right now. Really good start and really reassuring for the future

Great customer support, having paid people to sort out issues with Google and not getting any results I decided to be a biff and ask the Shop Wired Agent for help....expecting a request for money nothing of the sort.....issue rectified after two years and 500 products not visible on google now appearing....fantastic Chris.

I dont usually leave reviews, but I've been so impressed with the personal support I've had from the Shopwired live help team that I feel they deserve public recognition. I looked at and tried out the usual options for building and hosting my own ecommerce website, but it soon became clear that the amount of effort this team put into getting your website looking just how you would like it to is above and beyond what you find elsewhere. The people who have helped me - Chris B, Ernest and Julia in particular - have been of huge help. Knowing they respond so quickly in the live chat, liaise where necessary with the brilliant tech team, and repond personally by email when a particular issue has been sorted out for you, has made all the difference, especially with display features and using the free apps. I'm so pleased I went with them and would recommend them to anyone.

I've been a Shopwired customer for a number of years now, today I had a slight issue i needed assistance with and had a live chat with Julia who was absolutely brilliant and sorted my query within minutes, yet again this company absolutely leads the way with customer service and never let's me down.

Leony at Shopwired has today provided the best service I have ever had from an e-commerce company in 20 years trading. My new site is up and running in just a few weeks and looks amazing. Nothing is ever too much trouble and the support is outstanding. So highly recommended.

We are a busy small company and have been with Shopwired for many years, they are a great website provider, it's easy to create new pages and modify your existing pages. The client support that we receive is fantastic, when you open a chat there is actually a real person and they reply within 30 seconds which is amazing as you can solve problems and get your questions answered immediately .
