I would give them no stars if I could. A total scam. Ordered December 9th and never received. Contacted company two weeks later, they said they found my order and it was moving through and I wiykd get it in a few days. Lie. Only a time delay, it is now December 27th and I still don’t have it. I canceled the subscription, they were going to send the second bottle without getting the first. Their customer service sucks. This is a big scam.

I researched high-quality marine collagen, assuming that a higher price would indicate better quality. However, that was not the case with Shoremagic. The company lacks transparency, does not respond to emails, and fails to provide third-party testing documentation verifying purity, including certification for heavy metals and other contaminants. Despite multiple attempts to contact them, they have completely ignored all inquiries. Additionally, they do not offer a customer service phone number or provide a physical business address. Given these issues, I find the product to be overhyped and the overall experience highly disappointing.
