We just moved in a house rented and managed by them and they have been absolutely lovely throughout. They also left a box of chocolate, a small bottle of champagne, and a welcome note in the kitchen, which we found when we got there. Amazing service! Thank you!

I sold my house with Shortland Horne last year. Sue and her team were great at getting things done quickly. The sale of my house was very efficient and when there were issues with my purchase (not through shortland Horne) Sue and her team would chase this up for me on my behalf.

Advertising a property that’s not actually available for purchase. We made an offer after viewing and it took a whole week to be told they already have a buyer in place. Very Poor communication.
