Excellent experience

I bought my new house through Shortland Horne and had an excellent experience. I dealt with Laura who helped me every step of the way with sharing advice, chasing solicitors and the upward chain and so on. It was invaluable during a very stressful time. I sold my own house through Purplebricks - never again! I always struggled to get hold of them and felt on my own, whereas Shorthand Horne it was great. Thank you!

Overall I've had a dreadful experience…

Overall I've had a dreadful experience with Purplebricks. From finding a buyer it took 5 weeks to get a memorandum of sale for example. The most stressful bit was the communication - you can't get hold of your assigned person and everyone else you speak to tells you something different. Worse experience ever.

Great experience

I had a great experience working with Matt on the purchase of a property. Always quick to respond and got things moving quickly. I also appreciated his advice when I was struggled with the estate agent who were selling my house!

Poor communication and time to complete initial checks

I have submitted a formal complaint. Communication overall was appalling. Taking 5 weeks from accepting an offer to memorandum of sale is not acceptable - both me and my buyer not understanding what was going on and what was needed.

Happy I signed up

After hearing great feedback from friends on the physical benefits they've seen, I decided to sign up to Vitx Cycle in January. There are three things I already love about it 1. it's taken all the guess work out of what vitamins I should take 2. I have to make no effort, it's just delivered to me and 3. for the first time in my life it's helped give me the discipline to take vitamins every single day!
