I was able to identify the correct part - jus from the image on the site. The item was delivered in good time - and by the date given.

The part was exactly what I needed and arrived when I was told to expect it thank you

I ordered what was recommended, but it was the wrong part, so I can't review the product.
The part I required was only 9 cm long, but the part they recommended and that was sent was much larger. It's a shame that no one queried this with me, and it would have saved me money

Found the part I needed which was despatched promptly and appropriately packaged. Can't say the same for the Mira website.

I spoke to Karen to check that I was ordering the correct part for my sister’s shower. She confirmed the part and took payment over the phone. Delivery was promised within 24 hours. It was ordered after 2pm in Edinburgh and arrived at my house in N Ireland before 11am the next day. It was fitted by the plumber yesterday evening and works perfectly. I can’t recommend this company highly enough. Thank you so very much 🙏

The item arrived on time and as expected.

However, the item was packaged and delivered in an oversized box which was stuffed full of flattened cardboard boxes.

The delivery was used as an excuse to dispose of its cardboard waste.

Speaking to you on the phone made purchasing the tap cartridges so much easier, ensuring that i bought the correct ones.

All diagrams were presented showing very clearly the parts and made selecting what I needed very easy.
Delivery took longer than I expected may be that is something that can be improved.
