Very happy to be able to still get an…

Very happy to be able to still get an element for a definitely aging bathroom heater! It took quite a long time (by today’s standards) to arrive, (very elderly parents shivering in their bathroom😆) but seriously, I’m very appreciative to get the replacement! Many thanks. 👍⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We ordered a part but it was not…

Edit. When they read our review they contacted us and reimbursed the payment, so we have amended the review to 5 stars. Well played.

We ordered a part but it was not available from the manufacturer. Eventually Shower Doctor made the sensible suggestion that we cancel the order. We agreed and went and bought an alternative.
Then Shower Doctor told us that they were fulfilling the order and charged us for it.

Electric Fireplace fan and element unit.

Order was completed well, appropriate item received in good condition and timely manner.
One slight concern that no-one could answer basic questions about the device, size, application etc., or provide a data sheet on the item.

No after care

Brought a shower. It was delivered on time. The plumber went to fit the shower, found a faulty part. I rang to ask for a replacement part but they don't care once they've sold you the item all they said was contact the manufacturer. Awful customer service. If you can order direct from the manufacturer and not a third party.

Ease and quick to identify cartridge

I had already figured out which type of cartridge to use amongst the many available but wanted to be sure, a few photos sent and within an hour a link was sent to the one i had found before. Two days later it was fitted and one happy wife, I didn't pick the next day delivery as our shower still was giving hot water and was happy with standard option. Would definitely recommend and would be my first company to go to.
