Let down by courier

I paid for next day delivery but DPD let the company down and our urgent part didn’t arrive for an extra day which is an inconvenience when you have a family to get clean in the only shower in the house.
Unfortunately the part didn’t fix the issue so we wasted £60+ and still had to buy a new complete unit.

Good Staff, Poor Company

There are some very pleasant people working in customer support for this company, but my experience is that they are let down by the company itself.

I mistakenly ordered the wrong (2m long) shower seal - the part number for the right unit was virtually identical to what I ordered, but anyway it was wrong and I agreed it was my fault. The company accepts returns (well, it's the law for all online sales) and makes the customer pay for the return postage, which is fair enough, but it offers no collection service and sending back something 2m long is not easy or cheap.

Anyway, I sent it back (which was expensive) and they received it almost immediately. They acknowledged receipt of the return, yet it took them a MONTH to process the credit card refund. Yes, a month - despite 2 phonecalls and several chasing emails from me. One of the worst refund situations I have ever experienced.

I ordered the shower head on a Saturday and paid for next-day delivery because it was the weekend. The order was processed on Monday, and it arrived on Tuesday before 1.00 pm.
