Needed a wall mounted backplate for…

Needed a wall mounted backplate for Mira Platinum controller which was still waiting to be wall mounted 5 years after buying it, Mira didn’t sell those as spares but Shower Doctor do, ordered on Sunday and delivered Wednesday, thanks for getting me out of trouble 😂🙈

The part was dispatched the same day

The part was dispatched the same day, however, the delivery company let them down after having paid for next day delivery and part delivered two days later.
The Shower Doctor refunded next day delivery cost, all in all great service!

As soon as I realised that my plumber had put the hot and cold in wrong. I found that you were the only firm who sold a shower mixer for this. I ordered it and it came. I installed it and was pleased with it's appearance, effectiveness and efficiency.
