Hi, managed to get a rare part that others couldn't supply. Arrived the next day and included a handy guide and return details (not needed). Saves the time and expense of buying a new shower for one small part, so very happy. Just buy from here and save a load of time and hassle. 5⭐

I have had a bad experience…

I have had a bad experience with. I ordered March 29, fast forward to April 10, the part still hasn’t arrived.

Now I understand some parts aren’t ready to ship, however, the email stated the delivery will be from April 7th. I’ve had to phone twice to get an update to find the part is actually arriving on the 14th or 15th. Should the date have been made clear prior to ordering I would’ve passed on this.

This is my experience dealing with showerdoc, personally I will not be shopping here again. I am sure they are a good company but due to the struggles of having to shower elsewhere while my shower is awaiting this part it’s not been too pleasant having to:
1. Wait times not be disclosed to me
2. Having to follow up twice to get an update on my order
