The best online store to purchase collectable toys from. The prices, shipping and handling, and the customer service have always been top notch and I've never had any issues with any of my orders that I've placed for years.

I am continuously impressed by showz. Prices significantly lower than US stores, fast shipping, and extremely responsive customer service make it hard to shop elsewhere. In this case, I got the "Metal Slug 2" transformable robot well ahead of its release elsewhere, at a great price, shipped quickly, and packed securely.

It's hard to review just recent experience as I've been a customer for quite a while. I'll keep it for the last few months. I live in Pennsylvania East Coast USA and my deliveries take between 6 and 14 days. That's insanely fast. I have never had damage thanks to Show Z's masterful packaging. Your item is protected in layers like an onion, I'll explain. First they wrap your item in bubble wrap, next they add a free card and a set of stickers and put it in a perfectly sized box. Next they tape the box while adding plastic corners so it can't crush. Finally they put it in a show z thick bag and seal that, making it waterproof. Customer service is better then any company, resolving issues in a few minutes.They reward you with points for honest item reviews and bonus points the more you spend. Prices tend to run fair to low with free shipping and points to sweeten the deal. They have recently been running interactive events on Discord as well as giveaways and a community hub. I love this as I refuse to use Facebook. The 50% off Discord discount events are a game changer. I can honestly say I have never had a lost,damaged,or defective item. Keep up the great work ShowZ and we will keep buying!

Showz is a fantastic store to pick up Master Piece Transformers. They tend to have the best prices, have sales and a members rewards program, where you can save a lot of money. Also they always ship things very well packed.

I have had no issues, other than a order that went missing during the pandemic around thanksgiving time. They were happy to refund me. You can not go wrong with this store. They will take care of you if you have any issues. Highly recommend this store.

I found ShowZStore while trying to find some hard to get Transformers. I have spent so much money since. But I have no regrets. The shipping and packaging of every item has be superb. Seriously I dont think anything could happen to the figure during shipping its packed like Fort Knox. Prices are always lowest I can find and free shipping! I love the point system and joined to become a premium member and again have 0 regrets. Its helped build points for discounts on purchases. Customer service has been amazing as well as after service for broken parts or any issues with the shipment. I love ShowZStore and will be a customer for a long long time!

I've only been a customer of ShowZStore for less than a year, but I know that I'll be using their site for years to come. Any figures that I've purchased from them have always arrived in perfect condition. There was an incident that occurred that unfortunately broke part of a figure. I was extremely impressed that ShowZStore was able to send a replacement part. They also offer a rewards system that encourage future purchases. Without the outstanding quality of their figures and rewards program, I might not have continued buying from them as I have. They are the best professional 3rd party seller around and I would encourage anyone trying to enter the collecting scene to use ShowZStore.

Showz(for figures) and their sister site gundamit(for models) are amazing. Showz is absolutely trustworthy.

My recent order was initially sent back through no fault of showz. Throughout this process, they responded to my concerns quickly and they sent the item once again. The shipping was very quick the second time and the packaging was the best I've seen from any site for models. The pricing is very good.

Outside of this order, one time I sent an inquiry on whether they would receive an led set for a figure back in stock. Showz responded they would try and it appeared in stock within 1 day.

I am very happy with Showz and would not hesitate to order again on items I'm interested in.

I've used ShowZ for over 7 years and I can heartily recommend them.

I've had parts issues with figures and they've taken care of it, I've had times where prices drops have occurred after I've paid for an item and they've given me in store points totalling the difference, and every time I've had a question they've replied within two business days (bear in mind that timezones are a thing).

Their prices tend to be very competitive and their inventory covers a large range of collectibles.

Even shipping tends to be a two to three week affair from them depending on the US side shipping handler: most shipments get from label to the plane on the Chinese side within 10 days, then up to two weeks on the US side.

If you are looking for great prices, great customer service and the best preorder system in the business, this is the place to go!

Showzstore always has great prices, even compared to other Chinese stores. But what separates them from the rest is their amazing customer service. I know that if anything goes wrong, they will try their best to compensate.
They are also very active on social media and often give away store credit and offer limited deals.
Shipping is also relatively fast; all my packages have arrived in about 2 weeks.

I recently received several items that I purchased on sale and could not be happier. I have never had a bad experience shopping with ShowZ store. Their prices are always the best overall, their packaging and shipping has been terrific, and their customer service is excellent. I would highly recommend them for your 3rd party transformers needs! I’m hoping they expand to some other toy lines like TMNT Neca or Marvel Legends since I’m sure they’d be unbeatable their as well!

I've bought items from ShowZ for a couple years now and have had no issues. Shipping times have been pretty reasonable, considering the travel distance. To East Coast US, they are generally around 2 weeks. Their prices are equal or better than most places, and the shipping is free. Definitely cheaper than some US import shops, who's shipping isn't free and take a week too. I haven't had the need to contact support for any defective or replacement parts, but I've seen plenty of good reviews, and will assume that they'll be willing to offer solutions.

ShowZ has excellent customer service and goes above and beyond with their packing to ensure that products get to their destinations safely. In the event that something does arrive damaged, ShowZ’s after service department is amazing and will send you the part necessary for repair. Love this store.

Excellent service, incredible prices, great packaging. These guys are reliable and their prices are usually the best or very close to it. They are very responsive with after sales service. They’re packaging is really well done. After more orders than I can truly count there has only been on damaged figure and they got me replacement parts. Once the local courier left a package out in heavy rain instead of putting it at my covered doorstep. Because ShowZ wrapped it in thick plastic the box was totally dry inside. The only downside with them is sometimes it can take longer to get something, like in the case of Fans Toys. However, for me the price is totally worth the wait.

I have used ShowZ and Gundamit for over 4 years to purchase many items from overseas. Every single order has arrived safely and packed securely. There have been times where the item had some QC issues through no fault of ShowZ, but they always made sure that I received any after-sales support I needed. Highly recommended, very trustworthy retailer.
