Helpful and efficient
I used the shredding service which was exactly what we needed - and we had great service all the way through from ordering to collection...

Very efficient and friendly service.

Excellent communication from start to finish and all questioned answered promptly. Also good value for money, we used 60 prepaid sacks and managed to clear a huge amount of paperwork for much less than other shredding companies had quoted.

Speedy service - easy to use - polite/helpful

The service is very efficient. Buy the sacks, fill the sacks, tell them when they are full, wait a few days for collection. The destruction certificate arrives a day or so later.

A very efficient service from the ordering of the bags, arranging collection and then their destruction. Had to re-arrange the collection date, which was not an issue and the gentleman that collected was pleasant, helpful and friendly. Would highly recommend.

Bags turned up fine and it was easy to book collection on line. Certificate of destruction also arrived quickly. My only suggestion is i had to ask for a slot when the bags would be collected and it might be helpful if the comms said we'll be in touch when we can give you a slot or you had the ability to choose one when you picked the slot.

In these days of data protection and working from home, a stress-free, affordable shredding solution is a godsend. No more lugging bags of paper around or going mad trying to find a far-flung industrial estate.. I gradually filled a wheelie bin with confidential waste over 2 weeks and then it was all taken away! Marvellous.

I ordered paper sacks for filling with confidential household paperwork which the company later collected for shredding. The various stages of the process went smoothly and ran to timetable. A phone query I had was answered quickly.
Only 4 stars as I did not receive any initial acknowledgment of my order and payment.

Easy process, good communication throughout and collected on time. Very happy with service received. Solved my shredding problem well.

Overall, the service was okay, but they only received the two document sacks in the post, even though I ordered a data sack. I had to give hard drives to the driver with phones, so I felt a bit uncomfortable that they did not go in a data sack. Also, the instructions to return are not on the website, and I had to ring to get advice. I would suggest that when you send a sack, etc., you include instructions about collection or email when the order is placed.

I was looking online for a company that would destroy some aged company accounts and numerous job files. I found numerous companies offered this but you had to go through the rigmaral of requesting a quote etc, etc.
I found The Shredding Company who offered various ways of providing this, I opted to use my own boxes and bags, obtained a good cost online and paid for it. The next day, I had a email to say they would collect to following day, a van arrived, it was collected and the next working day I had an email with a destruction notice. What a great service, continually kept up to date with all steps/stages. Brilliant! And yes I will use again.

A pleasure to deal with - everybody is efficient and friendly. Easy to use website and ordering, with the bonus of being competitively priced.
Used for a one-off job to clear old archive boxes - let's face it, not everyone's favourite job to sort out - but The Shredding Company made it a painless experience!
