Customer Service is great

Updated this to 5 starts for customer service. I couldn't fault speed of delivery but a design fault with the shoes meant I had to return them. I emailed customer service who responded the following day and asked me to send photos. I did but didn't receive a response for a while. The company actually called me and we resolved the issue through Whatsapp within a few days. After sending the faulty item back with prepaid postage they were happy to give a refund as there were no more items in stock for exchange. I'm now happy to give an excellent rating for customer service.
