Purchased a Shuperb product through Debenhams. Unfortunately the boots split after 5 months. Debenhams were useless in responding so I contacted Shuperb directly and I have to say their customer service was rapid and helpful. Now have a full refund and am happy to recommend dealing directly with Shuperb (not Debenhams) on the basis of their great customer support.

The boots looked great, once ordered they arrived quicker than expected and they are superb. I also got a nice 10% summer discount too.

Great website easy to search and find what I was looking forward. Offer was available which was really appreciated and it popped up for me to know about it and be able to use. Looking forward to receiving my item and will look again for future items. 😊

Great delivery time ,good price ,nice product and fit very well

Tried to send boots back as there was damage on one of the toes at the front.

Firstly, they refused to accept a refund without a charge, which is against the sale of goods act / distance seller regulations, so I left a negative review on here.

I then got a polite phone call suggesting it was a misunderstanding.... so I removed the review in good faith.

After waiting a week for the to look at the returned boots, I'm then sent this rubbish:

As the pair has been worn and no fault has been identified, we are not able to proceed with a refund or replacement on this occasion. We will be happy to have the item sent back out to you, but would kindly ask for the amount of £5 to be covered for the postage costs included.

I'm not paying to get these boots sent back to me. They are damaged on the front.

They try and take negative reviews down, trustpilot cannot be trusted anymore

Ordered on 24th Jul and they arrived the very next day by Royal Mail. Lovely Gabor Shout sandals were on sale, there was also a code for more off and free delivery, what's not to like? Would definitely buy from this company again.

Very quick delivery, decent price

Quick delivery. Just the shoes I needed. Had been looking everywhere for a nice pair of formal mens (/boys) shoes in a size 4. Was hesitant to trust a shop I'd never heard of but all the big brands had nothing I liked, saw these and loved them. Arrived quickly and well packaged and an amazing price. Brilliant.
