Hardwood shutters with hidden rod
Our new shutters (Hardwood with hidden tilt rod) have been installed in two rooms and we could not be happier. Definitely worth the wait. They look fantastic and you can see the quality. We chose the 89mm slat size to achieve optimal light control with a modern look. From start to finish we were in excellent hands of Jac Rider from Shutterly fabulous. He was kind, knowledgeable, on time and worked tidy, quick and efficient with attention to detail. We absolutely recommend him and the service of Shutterly Fabulous and would use them again.

5 Star is for Ben (Salesman/Fitter). Very professional, explained everything to us in detail about the product and the procedure, really friendly. Clean and tidy with his work. For the lady in reception I would give 0 stars as it is not professional and really rude when you talk about your client when you have not disconnected the phone. The Lady was very condesending laughing about me with her colleagues. If it was not for Ben I would not have carried out the sale.
A mention that Alex was also really good.

Fantastic end to end experience
Joe provided a very professional job of measuring up to fitting the shutters in our bay window. Arrived on time, just got on with the fitting and took all the packaging away and cleaned up afterwards! Would recommend without hesitation to others.

After we had the measurements and quotation prior to fitting due to building works at our property we messed everybody around several times. However the communication and service was fantastic. One the day of fitting Bradley Pilsworth was on time efficient and polite explaining everything involved. He was very professional and importantly clean and tidy.

From start to finish we had excellent service. The information and advice we received on the initial visit from Reshad Allymamod was enlightening. When Reshad and Spencer came to fit the shutters a few weeks later everything again was smooth process. They organised themselves well and installed all the shutters in a day as promised. They also cleaned up and removed all the packaging. What can I say but brilliant service from Reshad and Spencer

What a great product and a brilliant…
What a great product and a brilliant service! We saw these blinds in John Lewis and liked their quality. Josh Glover (a lovely guy) came out to measure & gave us a good price. He explained that they would take about 12 weeks to come, & that he would come & install them when they arrived. True to his word, 12 weeks later he came to install & he has done an amazing job! They look fabulous and they are really excellent quality.
The company has given a great service from start to finish. Can’t thank Josh Glover more!
