Everything went very smoothly from Paul measuring our windows to fitting our shutters. Wouldn’t hesitate recommending Shutterly Fabulous. We were kept updated at every step. Very happy with the quality and finished.

Had an appointment arranged and booked in. On the day of the appointment, I got a call from the office asking to change it as the sales person could not attend. I rearranged the appointment and again 90 mins before I got a text from the sales person stating they could not attend and the office would be in touch to rearrange. Very disappointed as I am project managing a full house build, and to allocate 3 hours where no trades will be in the way was difficult to say the least, and then u have put off work I could have done for nothing. I know things happen, but not very good customer service in my eyes. Will NOT be going for a third time.

Mike Malhan returned to measure more of our windows for shutters. As before, we were very pleased with how helpful he was in giving advice and guidance. Would recommend!

Working efficiently the shutter was fitted and we are delighted by product featuring a 10 year guarantee

Neville who measured sold and fitted our blinds was great . He explained what he was going to fit and adapted as necessary including removing old blinds cutting our carpet and tidying up . He is a professional but with friendly manner who we were quite happy to leave to get on with the job.
We are likely to have some more shutters fitted in the near future

Spencer Letman called four weeks ago to fit two of our shutters. They came within two weeks, as planned, and Spencer did a great job. We absolutely love them. I had Nevil round to measure and fit our shutters, he was so friendly and professional, knew exactly what I wanted. It makes such a difference that the same person does the measuring and fitting, unlike some other companies. I love the shutters- they are fabulous!!

Initial call to appointment booking 24 hrs, then visit from Surveyor 24 hours later ( contact via link from John Lewis website .. this connection reassured us we were dealing with a quality company)Clint our surveyor arrived on time with extensive kit of samples etc. Clint himself was smartly dressed, well spoken, reassuring and very competent in his role. No heavy sales pressure unlike other companies. Listened, and met our needs… discount offered but products and sales processed would have secured sale even without that. Looking forward to them arriving and being fitted

Josh who came round to do the survey was polite helpful, knowledgeable and patient.
It was said that a £50 voucher (John Lewis) would be forthcoming subject to ordering on the day. However, there was no feed back and no confirmation on the costing. Nothing. On enquiring with the administration, they had got the wrong email, so they could not send any information out. Or, for that mater, for me to make a reply. Hence no voucher.

Once again you give a great service and the product is A1

Our new shutters (Hardwood with hidden tilt rod) have been installed in two rooms and we could not be happier. Definitely worth the wait. They look fantastic and you can see the quality. We chose the 89mm slat size to achieve optimal light control with a modern look. From start to finish we were in excellent hands of Jac Rider from Shutterly fabulous. He was kind, knowledgeable, on time and worked tidy, quick and efficient with attention to detail. We absolutely recommend him and the service of Shutterly Fabulous and would use them again.
