Our installer Mike Malhan was absolutely wonderful, he took his time with the initial enquiry and through the installation process, amazing. We are really pleased with the shutters and thanks Mike.

Fast , efficient booking service . Chap who came to measure up was fantastic . Didn’t rush me to choose my shutters and explained everything clearly, can’t praise Shutterly fabulous enough and can’t wait for my new shutters to be installed 🤩 .so excited .

Love the shutters but had to wait quite a long time for them. I think they are made in China (wooden ones) I do recommend you check the lead time properly before paying the ‘quicker’ delivery fee as I do feel cheated in this regard. Lee Mcguinness however did a great job fitting and I am very pleased with the final look, having taken his advice.

We would just like to say how helpful and considerate Matthew Hulson has been in both the quoting phase and installation phase, the shutters look great.

Our shutters were fitted today by Maciej Wezowski and what a lovely job he’s done.
The shutters are white hardwood. They are very good quality, made to measure and very flexible in the way they open. They let in lots of light and also shut out a lot when you close them.
Maciej has been so cheerful and positive all day and really put a shift in carefully making sure every detail is spot on. He really cares about his work.

Reshad Allymamod was our designer and our fitter and was excellent at every stage of the process! Any conversations I had with Head Office were also very easy. I would absolutely recommend Shutterly Fabulous. Great product and Great service!

Stuart, the fitter from Shutterly Fabulous lived up to the company’s name. He was fabulous from start to finish. He is one of the senior fitters and instructors for the company so we were lucky to have such an experienced and skilled person to measure up, advise and complete the fitting. As it turned out he admitted that it was ‘a bit of a challenge’ as our windows were not quite square as the building is about 150 years old. Good job we got a bespoke service from Shutterly Fabulous or it might have been a bodge job! Stuart even had to readjust the frames after fitting as the louvres were catching on the window frame. Good communication and timeline as detailed. Shutters are great. Fitted by Lee McGuiness who arrived on time, was a tidy worker and answered all questions when measuring for the shutters.

Found this company by accident with them not being from the northeast, whilst checking around for new shutters for the front room 5 bay window, looking at friends & famliy's shutters we got quotes and seen many designs but they didn't quite fit what style we wanted to work around the window openers.out of the blue proberbly the phone or alexa listening in on our conversations Shutterlyfabulous.com popped up on the wifes phone which put us in touch and Colin the fitter called round , explaining what we wanted he went through the styles, colours , openings and slat designs and giving his opion which was welcomed and we agreed our style no pressure at all and agreed the price, told us it would be 12wks wait ...and it was , they where fitted on the 15/05/26 and we are over the moon with the quality and fitting service by Colin (col) a pleasent friendly guy highly recommend the company and our fitter.
