I have been so impressed with this company from my first contact with them through to the completed job.
After promptly arranging a quote through Christiaan who provided advice and clearly outlined the various options available. I was confident to proceed and he continued to take meticulous measurements.
I chose the wooden cafe style shutters and yes you do have to wait several months for them to be manufactured, particularly the wooden louvres, but it really is well worth the wait.
Eventually they arrived and were fitted by Aaron, who worked skilfully and extremely efficiently with great attention to detail. I could not have been happier with the whole experience, including the clearing up and the 'hoovering'.

From start to finish, Joe Calcott, has been nothing but professional. At our first point of contact, Joe has been helpful and patient explaining clearly all my options, as well as the pros & cons when choosing different types of shutters. The installation process was swift and the shutters look great giving me enough light and privacy, which was what I was looking for.

Excellent from start to finish, friendly helpful telephone staff , sales was helpful guided us through different shutters how they work fitting and samples which helped enormously to decide.
Well the day came to have them fitted, fitter Joe Calcott arrived on time nice friendly guy worked steadily throughout the day and answered any questions we had.
Joe did a fantastic job and wow they look fabulous. The quality of the shutters are excellent.
We had the front of the house done and will for sure be asking Joe to come back to install them.

Arranged an appointment and after waiting in all day called to find out what was happening. Whilst they had my details there was apparently a glitch with the system. They offered to rearrange but when you are spending a considerable amount for this service you expect much better.

Right from our first measurement visit, this company has been exactly as it says, Fabulous. The measurement representative was professional and trustworthy, arriving on time, measuring our windows and giving advice, not a heavy sales pitch. The company then kept us informed of when our shutters would arrive. The installer, Craig was punctual and very professional, leaving no mess at all while installing our shutters to a very high standard. The quality was excellent, and we are completely satisfied with the whole experience and our new shutters are really fabulous. Highly recommended including Craig’s installation.

Our initial survey and measurement were carried out by Mark Barnes, Marks attention to detail is second to none, I think my wife would of tested anyone’s patience, but Mark rose to the occasion, holding up various shutter colours for my wife to see, we were warned that the wooden shutters took a long time to make and ship. Mark returned and fitted the shutters, and they look absolutely amazing, because of Marks attention to detail and care taken measuring the shutters literally slotted into place, no adjustments needed. If I had a small moan it was the office never matched the level of care of Mark, we weren’t kept informed about fitting times without chasing, but you can not fault the quality of the product or fitting.

It was easy to make an appt for an estimate & the fitter ( Joe) was excellent. Pleasant , efficient , thorough , explained every option. We were suitably impressed & placed an order the same day for 5 shutters. You advertise 2 weeks for installation of faux wood & Jo confirmed this. We were advised to remove the current blinds & all the fittings which we have done.
However , 2 weeks was rather optimistic & not a realistic time frame. After 10 days I phoned you to chase up & was told it would be another 2.5 weeks before installation & no appt had been booked so actually 4 weeks is a more acurate estimate Now living in a goldfish bowl. Disappointed.

Great service, arrived in good time after being ordered and our fitter, Darren, did an excellent job installing. Quick, tidy and explained various location options. Highly recommended

Highly recommended. The process was easy--all options can be previewed on the website and then a very informative measuring visit, followed by installation (albeit with long lead times, though this seems to be the standard production process for this industry). Our adviser and installer, Ruairi, was particularly helpful, pointing out not just options but all the houses on our block with that range, and subtly offering advice when we were uncertain. The result is superb, and excellent value for money.

Great experience dealing with Shutterly Fabulous - the communication was brilliant, and our fitter, Lee McGuinness, was great at explaining the process and lead times for delivery etc.
