Tim was very helpful and did not pressure us into our choice
The shutters came on time and they were fitted to a excellent standard and all packaging was removed from our home.
My wife came home that evening and was blown away by how good they were

I would highly recommend Shutters By Design! Lee was our consistent point of contact - he quoted, measured, advised on shutter size/material/ colour, and even fitted the shutters. Lee was punctual, friendly and professional during his visits. We never felt pressured, pricing was presented in a transparent manner. Lee fitted the shutters with great care and skill. We are thrilled with the finished product - the shutters have really made our sash windows a focal point in every room!
