Great quality
In terms of service and product quality…
In terms of service and product quality SIARR have been 10/10. I have purchased numerous items from them since last December with no issues. Last week I ordered two items in the wrong size, along with the Royal Mail’s quick response, the collection from my home address to the items being returned was about a 4 day turnaround, the items were collected from me on a Saturday morning. Great work guys I look forward to making future purchases.

No accountability
I have ordered a SIARR tracksuit bottoms and I never received it. After few emails back and forth , they asked me to report the loss to police and send them a reference number, which I did. Then they have come back to me saying Royal mail is not compensating them (Royal mail receipt was attached to the email) and I need to take it up with Royal mail. I had to call Royal mail and was with them for an hour explaining the situation. Then Royal mail asked me to contact SIARR again and tell them file a claim again. I contacted SIARR again and they are saying they have claimed and Royal Mail is not compensating. However they have agreed to resend me the item. There was some miscommunication from my side that I didn't tell them that they need to claim from Royal mail again because the fault is clearly Royal Mails.
What's good - SIARR is a good product
Although bit blunt , they do respond to you.
Bad - Not taking accountability , responses can be bit rude

I will change my review if it's resolved. I made an order and realized straight away it was my old address I emailed u yesterday about 8 times asking u to change the address on my order. I have had no email and I have no other way to contact u about my order. U have no shipped my order to my old address and still not reply. If this is not resolved I will be requesting a refund or I'll dispute this with my bank. I have all proof of emailing u and also having no reply. Please sort this out and I'll change my review

I ordered some jeans from this brand and I was surprised by how good the quality was and the colour didn’t fade when washed so would definitely recommend this brand to new customers
Returns and refunds
It’s laughable at how small companies work nowadays, they have little care for the customer and will put money first, they will even go as far as particularly taking money that solely belongs to you
I made a mistake by ordering jeans that were too small. After paying £66.75 and contacting the company that I will be returning the item in perfect condition, they proceeded to “partially refund me” on what terms? Apparently us customers now have to pay for the £3 return fee and a £5 delivery fee being non refundable, you’d think this company are the postmen themselves, because what business do you have over a delivery fee or return fee.
The £66.75 I paid should cover everything, I paid for delivery so why am I not getting my £5 back? I the customer should not be suffering for you guys incompetence and unjust behaviour.
Be careful when ordering from this brand because the simply return somehow costs you almost £10
And lastly I forgot to even mention how poor their customer service is, no matter how angry the customer is it doesn’t warrant whoever is sending the emails to be speaking like a 13 year old and ignoring messages for up to 5 days leading the customer to message again!

Refused Return - Beware
To start I have never written an online review in my life but the customer service from Siarr has been so poor that I have had to make an exception.
Be careful when buying from startup brands like this as they have no standards in customer service and will use any opportunity to dupe you of your money.
I bought a pair of jeans from this brand, and first of all they sent the wrong item in the post. They asked me to return the item so they could sent out the correct item to me. This was fine as mistakes happen, but this was just the beginning.
Once I finally received the correct item which I paid for, I tried it and on and didn’t like it. All the tags and stickers were in place on the jeans and it was clear the jeans were unworn.
Their return policy states:
“Items must be unworn, unstained and have no evidence of odors
Items must have all tags attached and in its original packaging”
I then received an email a few days later saying my return had be rejected as “once of the tags had been put in the wrong place”
They asked me to then send an additional £5 to their account so they can send the items I don’t want back to me lol.
After a a few exchanges on email they sent image of item with the tags on “in the wrong place”. No dispute that the jeans were unworn, no dispute of the time I’m returning the items, just that one of the tags were in the wrong place lol.
Anyway I’ve disputed the charge with my bank, they have refunded my money and will take it up with the company.

Wow, I never knew what express shopping and delivery looked like… Until I found Siarr! You ask why!!! 6 days, ordered on a Monday, email from Siarr on Tuesday, order arrived on the Wednesday, wore it on the Thursday, washed it on Friday and wore it on Saturday!!!

Really bad customer service I lost my package due to delivery service and I asked them to either replace it or refund and all they do is just argue with you really bad customer service would not shop with this company again
