Perfect service

Perfect service. I placed an order not to long ago and the jeans did not fit me exchanged them for a bigger size, i read some previous reviews and thought maybe il be going through a long process. But i have to give the customer service a round of applause as they dealt with my exchange quick everything happened in a week amazing service. Guessing previous negative reviews must be hidden agendas

Terrible. Stay away

Terrible customer service and their products do not fit irrespective of size guidelines.

EDIT & RESPONSE;

SIARRs response further shows they do not know what they’re doing. I’ve never owned a ‘smart’ watch ever in my life. I assume somehow they’ve mistaken someone else’s’ return or there’s definitely a mix up somewhere. Why the hell would I send them a Smart Watch and not want it returned??

Also, they have NOT and never did ask me to send anything besides £5 to return this item that DOESNT belong to me. They refused 1 of 2 items returned because it didn’t have the tag ATTACHED, mind you it was there and there are many other reviews that can substantiate their strange approach to returns. Not to mention, sizing is not accurate…a few other reviews say the same (just look).

Overall Their customer service is very lousy. I even complained on email and have got more response on this review than I did when they were dealing with me.

Upon reviewing your order, we observed that we have reached out to you on three separate occasions regarding your return. Regrettably, you did not return the SIARR item; instead, we received a smartwatch, for which we have already provided you with evidence via email.

We requested a payment of £5 to facilitate the return of the smartwatch to you, yet we have not received any response from you since our initial correspondence.

It is challenging for us to understand how this situation reflects poorly on our customer service or suggests that our products are not fitting correctly. We have made efforts to assist you in a scenario where you may be at risk of losing a valuable item, yet we continue to face criticism for matters that are entirely unrelated.

Also, our system shows that a refund of £62 was issued on 12/11/2024 therefore, we find it hard to understand the nature of this review.

Great quality,good price

We ordered a 2 piece jogger and jacket set for my son for Christmas which he loved. He then saw a puffer jacket on there so we ordered that too, so warm and puffy. He loves that too.
Great quality of all items ordered. Fast delivery and arrived on time.
Would definitely recommend.

The quality of the clothing is 10/10

The quality of the clothing is amazing!! Looks exactly what it should look like from picture to in person, if not better.
It’s the perfect example of streetwear but in a casual yet smart fashion sense, can be dressed up and down, which is always a plus. 10s all round

BEWARE before you order.
Do not order unless you are absolutely sure the clothes fit you. Which they probably won’t as the sizing is poor.
They say sale items can’t be retuned, I get that if it’s stock that’s old but they. Hangs the pricing on the whole website to then tell you that you bought a sale item that’s current stock!

Refused a credit note also as we spent a few days back and forth discussing that so the 14 day window was up. No understanding at all that was part their fault and this was a Christmas present but we knew they wouldn’t fit once we saw them.

Response from customer service has been consistently don’t offend us by asking - so therefore there is no customer service. Lesson learnt for an upset kid who’d used her own money to buy her boyfriend a present.

AVOID COMPANY DONT GIVE REFUNDS

I carefully took a tag off to try on some jeans and they did not fit so I put everything in a bag and returned the order. They are refusing to refund me as a tag was taken off but it was not destroyed and jeans are brand new. This company is a scam. They say they offer returns providing tag not taken off but nothing was damaged or destroyed and they are refusing to refund me. So they’ve stolen my money and refusing to post it back to me anyway. Disgusting company AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Thank you for confirming you took the tag off. As our policy clearly states tags must remain attached in order for a refund to be accepted. You will find this clause common across all clothing brands.

We would also like to make it clear that our tags are attached on the outer garment therefore no possible reason to remove a tag to try on an item.

Additionally, in response to your comment about us refusing to send back your item. As stated in the emails, we would require a re delivery fee to send back the item. We should not be liable to pay for an item that is rejected. Furthermore the same returns form that you completed to send back the item has our policy displayed.

Our policy is in place so we can remain fair and consistent to all our customers.

received wrong colour for jeans and refused to give a refund

bought a pair of jeans which clearly stated that refunds aren't eligble on sale items if there's a reason for return which I found strange to begin with. Instead, they only offered store credit for returns. Anyway, I had received the jeans and upon received them they were a complete different shade, almost different colour, to what the website had shown. I had contacted support and to no help they said that they were the same colour both in person and compared to the store photos which I provided for them. Very stubborn in this matter and refused to refund me despite selling me a complete different shade of jeans.

I just put a review up and they feel…

I just put a review up and they feel like lying so I've had to delete my review so I can put another one up!! I can assure u that this company is bad and I have all the emails to prove I'm waiting for a refund because they lost my order. It never even got delivered to my address. They said a week and half ago that they would refund me and I'm still waiting and they have ignored every email and if anyone needs proof I can provide the
emails sent to me from them. Stay clear very poor customer service and very slow replies.

Trying to say about a returns policy erm I've never received my order to return it because u said it got lost and u asked me if I wanted another one sent out or a refund so I have no idea what your talking about. Just refund me or I will add all proof to my tiktok and I have a good amount of follows and all my social medias to show people that your a cowboy company..

I was a little dubious to order but Siarr were brilliant

I was a little dubious to order from Siarr having read a few negative reviews on here. However i decided to go ahead and purchase anyway and the service was brilliant.

I ordered 3 pairs of jeans on Monday night & by Wednesday morning they were with me. Unfortunately they were too tight around the quads which meant i had to return rather than exchange but I'd have happily exchanged as the jeans were nice. I was issued a full refund within a few days of returning the jeans.

Can't fault the service at all. Thanks again.
