Staff at the checkout could be a little…

Staff at the checkout could be a little more friendly and customer oriented. Hybrid car issued seems to have a problem changing gears when going up hill. Seemed to be over revving. Apart from this issue good car.
Sinkage from the airport exit to the car should be better. I had to ask other companies where the office was based.
