Passive aggressive customer service
Product caused blisters, contacted customer service for answers. They didn't respond for weeks on end. I kept on top of correspondence, consistently reminding them to respond. They ended up sending me an extremely unprofessional response which was shocking to read.
Sidas your response is a fabrication. We had various email exchanges, could be with your french office?

Sidas Golf 3D shoe insert
I have used this over a few rounds now and I have been very happy with this product.
They have replaced the inserts which I had in my Ecco BIOM shoes (which themselves are good) and I noticed much more arch support. There was no bedding in required and they immediately felt comfortable.
These have helped reduce the issues I have been having and would highly recommend if you are looking for inserts.

Couldn’t be happier
I used the method outlined on the store using water and brown paper to ascertain which insole I needed and it worked perfectly. Ordered a mid insole hiking insole for my boots and they arrived by the stated dates. Been using them now for three weeks and I couldn’t be happier with the results, very supportive and comfortable.

Second pair
These insoles were initially fitted and sold to me with some walking boots. They’re very comfortable, I bought a second pair for some of my other shoes, but I wouldn’t have been able to guess which ones I needed.

Trackwalker boot grips essential for icy Norway.
I contacted Sidas UK to buy replacement studs in a pair of French trackwalker boot grips after a trip to snowy Oslo. They offered to replace the original trackwalkers at a bargain price and dispatched them free so matching what it would have cost me to simply replace some of the worn/missing studs. Great communication and prompt delivery, thank you!
