Bought Sidas ski boot traction protector. Very well made and fits perfectly after you follow the set up instructions.
Item got lost by the courier and sidas jumped on it straight away and sent out replacements on next day delivery at no extra cost. Very impressive customer service by Nicola Wilkin 5*

From order to delivery within 2 days was exemplary. I am very happy with the insoles I received but find the sports socks grip too tightly around my legs, which are quite slim, leaving a noticeable indent!

I placed my order through Google pay and it put my old address on the delivery!
Contacted Sidas and they got back to me and amended it no problems, staff were very friendly and helpful.
Delivery could have been better as I had no notification that my item had been delivered...no idea how long it has been in my green bin, before I checked....but not a fault of Sidas

You were very helpful in advising me which insoles would suit my requirements and they arrived promptly.
On the negative side the sizes available were unsuitable for me personally. As one of my feet is about a 5 and a half and the other a 5, I had to choose Medium which is 6-7. They are of course far too big and will have to be cut, which I do not feel confident about doing in case I ruin them. A size of 5-6 would have been perfect but is not available. As they cost £40 I do feel that ALL sizes should be available. Very good service though.

One of the insole pairs ordered were not immediately available & I received a timely email advising me of this. The email provided options and asked how I wanted proceed. It's nice to receive genuinely good customer care. The insoles turned up quicker than expected which was a bonus.

Great customer service, very good products, the entire process was properly and professionally manged.

My order had been delayed from before Christmas but what made the difference was communication from Sidas informing me of such and offering a refund. That is service that a lot of larger companies have lost. My dry bags then arrived promptly and are excellent so thank you!

Comfortable, no slip and supportive.

Took a while to arrive, 16 days from order to delivery. Not opened them as they are a gift for my ski mad husband.

Good product and arrived when the company said it would.

This is the 5th time I’ve bought sidas. I can’t imagine my running life without this insole. I had problem around knee 4 years ago, but recently almost No problem. Absolutely fantastic item!

Clear website and good deliver service. Very happy with my shock absorber insoles and quality as expected from Sidas.
