I placed my order over two weeks ago (Order #17597, placed Feb 22), and I still haven’t received my trainers.
After chasing customer service, I was told there had been an “unforeseen delay” because the original item failed authentication. While I appreciate the explanation, there has been no tangible delivery date provided — just vague updates with no clear timeline.
The responses feel generic, almost like automated chatbot replies, and don’t give any real reassurance or commitment to when (or if) the item will arrive.
After more than two weeks with no delivery and no definite date, this has been a very disappointing experience.
I have also reported the issue to Klarna.
Based on my experience, I would not recommend using Side Kicks.

I purchased a pair of trainers and they never sent them, when I got in contact weeks later (still no shoes) they had re-listed the trainers for 3x the price at £220 instead. Surely it must be illegal to refuse to send my item and then relist them for triple the original price. Greedy, shame on you.

Over a week with zero communication, only to have my order cancelled with a laughable excuse about “failing authentication.” How do you sell items you clearly never had in hand and that are pre-authenticated before selling on your website? Side Kicks operates like an amateur hobby shop run by clueless teenagers—no updates, no accountability, and no customer service to speak of. I had to chase them for answers, and if I hadn’t, I’d still be waiting in silence. AVOID.

I ordered the item on 3.12.2025 as a present for my son (shoes). It was shipped to CZ by UPS and stayed for couple of weeks in their local office without letting me know I need to do something to clear it...After another few days I contacted UPS in order to proceed which they told me is not possible any more and the parcel is being shipped back to US. No idea why, I could literally come and pick it up in their storage. So, the item was shipped back in January and I am trying to get my money back from you guys from January already with no luck. On my last email I didnt even get reply, not sure what is going on...

I placed an order on feb 26, since feb 27 I tried to contact them to cancel the order thru email and by the "Help"-chat on their website. It's been several days and the order still hasn't happend anything to and still no help to cancel from them. I would not recommend to shop here if you don't want to feel betrayed with no what so ever contact from them.

I returned a Christmas gift and got a confirmation of the return but I have never received the refund. I have therefore, for almost 2 months, been trying to find out the problem and a way to resolve the issue so I can get my money back.
Every time a have contacted them I have gotten a reassurance that they are on the case and I should get my refund soon. BUT NOTHING HAS HAPPENED!
The one time we thought that the refund was on the way by PayPal, PayPal informed us that the company had cancelled the refund.
Therefore I would NEVER buy a gift from them!!!!!!

I placed an order on January 30th (Order #17051) and waited for over a month while repeatedly being assured by customer support that:
• My item had been authenticated
• The order was confirmed
• The delay was due to courier issues
• I just needed to wait for shipment
I received multiple emails stating that my package would be delivered and that they were actively working with the courier.
Then, without responding to my latest email, they suddenly cancelled my order.
The cancellation reason? Authentication/supplier issue.
This directly contradicts everything I was told for weeks.
If the item had authentication problems, why was I told it was authenticated?
If the supplier couldn’t fulfil it, why was I told it was with the courier?
Why was I reassured multiple times that delivery was on its way?
To make it worse, the exact same shoe is currently listed as available in my size on their website.
After waiting since January 30th and being repeatedly reassured that my order was on its way, I was given a £10 gift card as “compensation.”
I have since emailed again asking for clarification about these contradictions, and now I am no longer receiving responses.
I would have appreciated transparency from the beginning instead of weeks of inconsistent information followed by silence.
Very disappointing experience.

After paying a special fee for fast delivery they took 2 weeks to arrive. Then they were the wrong size and trying to find a return label caused a delay as they kept sending the wrong label. Then a huge fee taken of when the items were returned and no reply to any of messages of what this fee was for. Poor show

For me as well, posting this in the hopes to get a quicker reply. Order was placed february 8th, mailed a few days later for an update because my order was not getting processed, no response. Few days after, mailed to request a refund since the order was still not getting processed, still no reply. No phone number to contact, no mail responses, all around afwul communication.
Edit 20/02: I immediately mailed back after their response here. Still no answer as of today, never in 13 years of ordering online has this occurred. Completely unacceptable, 4 mails in, no answer so far.
