Used to be good

This exchange used to be good, now after they added KYC requirement they lock your funds for no reason... Avoid until they remove this.

Fraud

Fraud , I don't recommend it. They keep customer funds inventing imaginary reasons.

I had sent money to the wrong network…

I had sent money to the wrong network like a fool but Roy_reynolds took care of me. Even when they needed the network fee sent and i wasnt able to do it they went ahead and recovered my money anyway.

Flagged for no reason

I had a pretty decent impression of sideshift , until yesterday .5 eth was flagged without any reason , i did the KYC because the claim ot would be faster (almost imediat they say) , messaged support and they told me they would look into it , asked if there was any news and was left on read , still waiting for my refund after KYC and team not being helpful at all , i just wanted to bridge and ended up in a messed up situation like this , after everything set will not use shideshift ever again.

Very reliable service.

Very reliable service.

I messed up and sent my funds on the wrong chain, they managed to recover it and send it back within hours. All my other shifts have completed perfectly without any issues.
