Absolutely loved my experience with Sierra Darien! The quality of the dress exceeded my expectations the fabric was beautiful, elegant and looked even better in person. The fit was so flattering and the detailing made the outfit feel very luxurious and unique.
I received so many compliments wearing it and felt incredibly confident in it. Shipping was smooth and the overall experience from ordering to receiving the dress was amazing. Definitely one of my favourite outfits I’ve purchased and I’ll absolutely be shopping again. 💕🎀

This company is a scam and I wouldn’t buy anything from them again. My dress arrived crumpled and clearly not of good quality. It’s also too small for me. I’ve asked to return it four times but the company has been incredibly difficult. The website states returns from Europe are to Romania but they’ve finally sent me a return label with a return address in Chicago.
I’ve noticed on the reviews that they’ve asked American to return good to Romania,they just seem to want to do anything but give you a refund.
It’s a massive con!

I placed an order on April 1. It’s been three weeks and I still have not received my item.
When I sent an email, they asked me if I wanted to trade for a different item that would arrive sooner if I wanted a site credit. I asked them if it hasn’t been sent. Why can’t they just cancel my initial order. They said it was too far along the process to cancel yet they can send me a whole new item -Because logically they never sent my initial item. I am now out of the money I spent for the item and I don’t have the actual piece of clothing that I ordered. Please do not ever buy from this website.

I love my item from Sierra Darien. I had a question about one of my items, and their customer service was fast and responsive. The quality of their clothes is unmatched. I couldn’t recommend them enough!

I ordered a beautiful white lace dress on the Sierra Darien website, that unluckily was a bit small for me. After contacting support, I was able to return it, get a store credit for the exchange and order a new one. Experience was nice, response time might be a couple of days at time but within the time frames for the return. It would be worth receiving the return label with the package to facilitate the process.

Excellent customer service! I wanted to return a product and they offered me any other product from their website of similar price for free and to keep the original product! Everything is premium quality and fits very nicely! Very satisfied 😊

My go to for all my looks!!!! I own a med spa and anytime I wear any from Sierra Darien and post my DMs blow up! The quality in the detail to the clothing is impeccable! I have ordered over 20 pieces and I have never been dissapointed once! This is my go to store! I honestly could by everything!

This company makes exceptional extremely high quality clothing ! The packaging is even more exclusive when you receive it. And to top it all off , excellent customer service and is prompt.
