Beautiful dresses, very nice quality and the customer service is great!

The dress I ordered is beautiful, but the size I chose (XS) ended up being a bit too tight. I decided to exchange it for a different size, and instead of going through the hassle of returning the item, they offered several convenient options to make the process easier. I chose one of the alternatives they provided, which worked out perfectly.

Received my order and within an hour requested a return telling them I will be traveling and need the return details since I will be away for over 2 weeks and will miss my return window if I dont return it before. Now 5 days later and three follow up have not recieved the "return details" of where to send it back to. I will contact my credit card.

I bought a pair of mules. Just so beautiful and comfortable. I needed to exchange the size, so I returned it for the full amount. I was given the full price of the mules, plus a 15% bonus. The return was handled very fast and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the service and the quality of the product. I’m buying another one in the other color.

It was my first time ordering from Sierra Darien and the clothes are absolutely beautiful. I was happy with the overall quality however due to sizing, one of my items needed to be returned. When I reached out to customer service, they promptly answered and gave me a few options to resolve my issue. I really appreciated the way the company handled this and puts the customer first. I will definitely be shopping here again in the future.

The smart co-ord is lovely and washes well. It arrived very slowly though. The top is very flattering but the skirt comes up tight. It would be nice if you could order them in different sizes. That way you could choose your ideal size. Overall happy with the product though.
