order never arrived
i ordered a necklace, and it was stated to have been shipped but it never arrived at the transport organisation, after sending a couple of emails, requesting a status update because it was meant as a birthday present, I suddenly got a refund to my account. this is really bad service and messed up the birthday gift of my wife , I can not imagine ordering from you again because of this.
which is really bad because the earrings she already has are beautiful, improve your logistics because they are really poor

Shoddy Delivery
I received the watch, which was delivered in an oversized box with no packing to protect the watch and delivered with the box open. Shoddy to say the least.
For a company claiming luxury status, the delivery certainly didn't meet those standards.
The delivery drivers explained that was the way he got the package.
