beautiful Jewelry- slow customer service and shipping
The jewelry is beautiful- it took 1.5 weeks before it was even shipped out with no reply to emails or instagram messages asking for updates which is not ok.

The earrings are amazing so pretty I love them but the hoops are a bit difficult to close and I order one called IDUN and the accessory just fall out the hoop but otherwise really I’m in love with them

Thank you for your review!<3 The pendant at IDUN is meant to be like this, otherwise it would not be able to swing/dangle. If you think they are difficult to close I'll recommend you to stretch the earring a bit at the sides, then it will be easier to close<3
