Ordered over a month ago for someone's special Birthday. Checked my tracking number and it foes not work. Their website is not available anymore. They did replay on my e-mail saying that their system went down and all orders got mixed up so they can't provide tracking info. Not to worry, my package will arrive. Seriously? It's been over a month now!

I did my order,per $80 they was late for almost 3 to 4 months when I received it, I saw that it doesn’t look like what the website presents us, I thought it would be much more same then I saw in them website and with solid wood, the details are very poorly made and there’s nothing like the images as shown in their advertisements for the price it is absurd i feel bored by this company, i had to throw it away because my wife didn't like it. Please don’t buy nothing from them

Ordered 2 items from them in November 2020 for Christmas.
One item arrived in mid Januray - the other has still not arrived (February 2021). Sent them multiple e-mails - no response. I filed a protest w/ American Express - You have many options where to order online - order from these jerks at your own risk.
If I could give a negative star I would. My package was damaged and broken. The product looked nothing like the picture. They will not refund, they will only replace and you have to pay for shipping to do that as well. Not good customer service at all. I will be writing reviews every where I can
