I had vaser liposuction done on my stomach and sides in novemember 2024 but have been left with a fibrosis lump in my groin area i went back up to the birmingham clinic to see my surgeon 6 weeks ago he told me to continue lymphatic massage for 6weeks if nothing improves he will give me ultrasound treatment to shrink it ive got in touch saying no improvment they now saying they havent got ultrasound machines and that i should see my gp instead and have offered me micro needling which produces more collegen and could make the fibrosis worse and also want to charge £550 for one sesion when they told me the aftercare would be free this company only seems to be happy to take your money and not look after you if anything goes wrong poor aftercare service avoid this company

I had a lip lift with Dr sheriff…
I had a lip lift with Dr S (can't say name) in April 2025 when I first met him the day of my surgery I found him okay he was friendly but I found him very abrupt slightly arrogant but he did talk very fast even though he did explain the surgery it had been the first time meeting him he took before and after pictures
After the surgery around 6 to 7 months everything had healed well but I noticed that the lip was looking lob sided one side lower than the other i was so upset so I called signature clinic arranged to contact Dr S and get back to me I had sent some pictures in 9
of my lip. I was contacted by leah who has been amazing and Dr S had said it's not urgent so an appointment to see Dr S was booked apparently the first available 31st March which was nearly 4 weeks later I felt very upset walking around with a lob sided lip and yet he felt it wasn't urgent I found that very dismissive upsetting and uncaring but I accepted the appointment anyway I called on the 9th March to see if there were any cancelled apts to see him sooner thankfully they had one on the 10th March I had to book time off work amd I went to see him
I had the review with him and it was absolutely awful he was rude arrogant and very dismissive he didn't give a damm he asked me f if I had botox ! I asked why he said that would correct the lip, he vant saying it was the assymetry of my face and thats whst everyones face is like saying the eyebrows are like that other people have uneven faces i said well honestly i want this corecting I explained that it was lob sided he said he would correct it but it would come back the same if he did and that I would have a wide scar that wouldn't be able to covered by make up ! Then he said that my lip was already lob sided before the surgery and he had told me about it before the surgery ! Which was not true but also if it had been surely as a so called professional surgeon you would have said ur lip is slightly lob sided il slightly take off more so it will be even! Why do lip lift if u leave me with a lob sided lip it's so disgusting he was so rude and I just wanted to cry I found him very abrupt direct and unprofessional like it was a joke ! Dr S then said give it time to think about it ! And il do it but again kept telling me about how if he corrects it it will go back have a wide scar and that I'd have to sign a disclaimer! It was awful I felt so upset after thinking that he could help me he just distressed me more thinking i would have my lips left like this after thos lip lift surgery so I left and I saw the lady who was staff there in the review with us I think her name was hannah looked upset for me so I left and called aftercare speaking to leah
Leah has been great she listened and i was able to be honest with her i had to ask her for a srcond opinion and explain i couldnt trust Dr s again she promised they would get this sorted for me I'm now awaiting a re view with another surgeon on the 23rd March to see if he will do the correction and give a second opinion so I will update this review but I'm writing this so no one else goes through the same experience and I'm hoping Dr D will be able to help ?
An update after 3 times dr C the new dr going to review my lip lift he didn't call me three times I had wait and rearrange this eventually he called me saying he needed to see me I then went to see him on the 10th April when he said he would advise for me to get botox or lip filler to correct the lip lift surgery that they had left me with ! What so I have to have lip filler and botox for the rest of my life to correct what u did ! I am disgusted at this clinic and the treatment I have received I'm now having to send another complaint for a refund but honestly do not go to signature clinic they left me with a uneven lip lift and honestly I now have to pay to get it corrected DO NOT GP HERE THEY ARE TERRIBLE AND WILL NOT CORRECT ANY SURGEEY THEY DO WRONG !!

This clinic and surgeons are a disgrace! Do not book !!! Aftercare is terrible , after surgery your told to get straight up and your free to go I had upper eye surgery done with 2 revisions yes 2 and it’s still not good iv now put in a formal complaint. They just want your money

Very strange
Very strange. I sent in pictures & asked for what they would recommend. To which they replied saying that they couldn’t do anything for me. All i needed was a forehead or eyebrow lift. Didn’t give me an explanation as to why either. It wouldn’t have been a major procedure, it was to slightly lift my left brow to make it more symmetrical to my right one.

Had really heavy hooded eyes …
Had really heavy hooded eyes and after much searching decided on Signature Glasgow Clinic..
Had my surgery beginning of January but was waiting till I healed before I left any reviews
The surgery (clinic) was lovely I have to say, very clean and modern.
The surgeon and team were first class..Big shout out to Nicole who kept me calm and relaxed (I was very nervous)..
The procedure itself was so much better than I expected, I've had worse dental appointments..there was no pain...My surgeon was lovely actually..very skilled..my eye lids look better than I could of imagined, I feel so grateful and so confident when looking at people now..
Took a while for me to heal stitches to dissolve for me took a month and I was incontact with signature every week sending photos to make sure everything was OK.. They always put my mind at rest..
So all in all very happy with my surgery and was worth every penny which I have to say was a great price..If this is something you would like to get done I'd say go for it, dont be afraid and pick the Glasgow clinic if you can as I cant speak for any of the other clinics, these guys were wonderful..

Upper Eye Blepharoplasty - carried out by Dr Carlo Debbas
On the 27th January 2026, I had Upper Eye Blepharoplasty which was carried out by Dr Carlo Debbas.
From booking my appointment with Jack in the admin team, to the actual procedure was absolutely amazing and the after care team are always there if you have any questions which is very important no question is too big or small for them.
Dr Carlo Debbas is incredible and his team were equally amazing. It took just 15 mins and I had no pain whatsoever and had hardly any swelling or bruising.
The results after 1 week were incredible and I was speechless - my whole face has changed and I look 20 years younger - people can't believe the difference and every time I look in the mirror I still can't believe it's me. I am over the moon with my incredible results in just 5 weeks.
It goes without saying if you have been thinking about having this procedure then don't delay book in with Dr Carlo Debbas and you won't regret it.
