I underwent buccal fat removal with Dr Carlo and had a very positive experience. He was extremely thorough throughout the procedure, and his healthcare assistants were excellent in providing support and reassurance. The surgery itself was quick and virtually painless. I was also given clear and comprehensive aftercare instructions.

Manchester Clinic
Recently had surgery at the Manchester clinic. From start to finish the care was top notch. From the people on the phone to the receptionists, nurses and surgeon (Dr Elamari). Wasn’t an easy procedure for myself but a special thank you to the nurses who sat with me throughout with reassurance. I’d like to give a big thanks to Katie who was amazing with me. I was made to feel at ease from the moment I had my first face to face consultation. Dtr Abdelhady, Alisha, Rose and Ronnel are a real dream team and made my time at Signature clinic relaxing and enjoyable. I felt safe and relaxed immediately once in theatre. I can’t thank this team enough! My only regret is not having upper bleph surgery sooner. Thank you 🙂

The professionalism and friendliness of…
The professionalism and friendliness of the surgeon and the staff. The surgeon explained everything to me and answered my questions putting at ease with my procedure. The staff were friendly and making sure I was comfortable and okay during the procedure. Follow up after the surgery was great and very reassuring. I had a lower face and neck lift plus blephroplasty 4 weeks ago 24/03/2026. All the staff were lovely the theatre staff amazing, I felt comfortable and relaxed throughout the procedure! I have never had any surgery before but can safely say I’d go back in a heartbeat! I had all aftercare calls no issues at all! The only minor thing I personally would change is the reception area it’s used also as the waiting room which is not ideal but was perfectly ok! I’ll be back Dr Carlos

Follow Up Appointment
I am very happy with the upper blepharoplasty I had with Dr Carlo Debbas back in October 2024, it was a painless procedure, which was followed up by regular after care. I was concerned about one of my scars being slightly thick, a follow up appointment was made soon after I contacted the clinic, and it was advised to have lazer treatment on the area, and I am just waiting for the appointment.

Had a neck lift , mid face lift and my eyes done , I’m not going to lie it wasn’t that bad but I wouldn’t do it again 😂 everyone was so nice , I’m glad I chose signature I was going to go abroad , I’m so glad I didn’t , I think they’ve done an amazing job, considering what they had to work with 😂, everyone compliments me I am genuinely very happy with the results so far as I’m only 6 weeks post op.
