The prescription turned up 3 days late and it was spoilt by being over heated in delivery van so wasted £11.84 of my money. Then had to pay for new prescription from my Dr.

We also acknowledge your concerns regarding next working day delivery. While we dispatch orders promptly and within the stated timeframes, delivery timelines are ultimately controlled by the courier once the parcel has left our pharmacy, however this doesn't mean that we don't take the full responsibility for the orders.
