This was picked up the following day which was a Friday and we were waiting on Wera confirming the stock location (UK or EU). We did send you a message letting you know that your order would be dispatched within 4-5 working days, and we did send out within this time frame.

I can see you sent us an email on the 3rd February at 23.30pm requesting to return an item you had ordered incorrectly.
I can see that my colleague sent you an email on the 5th February stating that we would be happy to take the goods back for either a full refund or we can send you a link to pay the difference for the new part.
I am sorry that we didn't respond until the 5th and I will discuss this with the team, as we do normally respond to all queries either the same day or the following day if queries are sent outside of our normal business hours. we understand that sometimes people need to return items, and we do accept returns, and we are keen to discuss this with you to get to a resolution. Good communication
Having ordered a part for a pressure washer from Signet they were unable to access it from their supplier immediately. Signet contacted me and informed me of the delay with an option to cancel (I didn't). Their office staff then kept me updated on progress and ensured the order was kept at the forefront of their suppliers mind. It arrived a few days later. Appreciated being kept informed.

ordered 27 December finally despatched 9 January and arrived 12 jan. I understand Christmas but there was no mention of the delivery taking this long on the website. I would have ordered elsewhere if there had been.

I have looked into your order, I can see that your order came through on the 27th December at 14.53pm. This order was then picked up by our sales team who contacted Wera who were unfortunately closed over the xmas period, until the new year. This was sent over in a message to you on the 5th January when we were able to obtain a delivery time.
On the website it does state uk stock despatched within 2-3 days and EU stock is despatched within 3-4 weeks.
I understand this was not an ideal situation however, due to xmas we were unable to obtain any delivery times.
I hope we can meet your expectations next time.
