BE AWARE - AND AVOID
Despite its misleading title;- Signomatic.co.uk is not based in the UK, but Sweden. Not a problem in itself, but explains (despite charging a premium delivery fee) why there are frequent delays in customers receiving orders.
Having followed-up my pre-paid order with a brief and courteous request for an up-date on delivery, I was given two different and contradictory responses;- firstly claiming that the order “had been dispatched”, but a later response claiming the order was “in production”. Bizarrely my request for clarity regarding the two conflicting responses was met with a Customer Experience (Amber) admonishment stating that “the tone of my enquiry not being conducive to constructive communication”.
I disputed the above allegation and escalated the exchanges for the attention of the Chief Executive - as I believe that telling lies to customers is worse behaviour.
1. Signomatic.co.uk is not a UK based business.
2. Claiming to have “despatched” an order when it is still “in production” is impossible!
I have since cancelled my order to request a full refund. I have yet to receive a response from the Chief Executive of Signomatic (co.uk); or my refund. Neither has the order that Signomatic claim had been dispatched arrived.

THE LIES FROM SIGNOMATIC CONTINUE:
1. The false message that accompanied the confirmation of despatch actually stated;-
“Delivery time for your signs: 3-6 business days”
However, the reply from Signomatic (to my review) states;-
“5 to 11 working days”
2. If the order really was “despatched earlier” (as claimed in the reply from Signomatic (to my review) - why hasn’t it been received?
3. If Signomatic is “committed to respectful and constructive communication, and to ensuring a positive environment for both our customers and our team” - START BY TELLING THE TRUTH”.
4. Alleged problems of Signomatic system/communication “overlap” - defy belief.

Signomatic operates internationally, with production based in Sweden. This is reflected in the delivery timeframes shown clearly at checkout. In your case, the selected delivery window was 5–11 working days, and your order was dispatched earlier than the estimated date.

We acknowledge that there was some confusion regarding the wording of the order status. “Ready for delivery” was displayed on the website order information page, while the response you received referenced the order as being "in production".  Unfortunately, in our current system there is some overlap between these stages before the order is marked with the "Dispatched" status. We understand how this may have appeared inconsistent and are reviewing how we present these updates to avoid any ambiguity.

We’re committed to respectful and constructive communication, and to ensuring a positive environment for both our customers and our team. We may occasionally address this to help maintain a positive and respectful dialogue and we’re sorry if this caused any frustration.

As requested, your order was cancelled on April 9th and a full refund has been processed. Please allow a few business days for the funds to appear, depending on your payment provider.

We have logged your feedback internally and remain committed to improving both our communication and overall customer experience.

Amazing

Amazing, Easy to upload pic and edit yourself. They came back perfect. I didn't know till after the order was placed they were based in Sweden, I'm in Scotland, Still reasonable postage and delivery time. Will use again if needed,

Very professional looking sign!

Very professional looking sign which I attached to my intercom and it fitted exactly, very strong adhesive made it very simple to attach, good bright yellow colour and very strong black writing, competitively priced, arrived very quickly too, Very pleased. Highly recommend
