Very poor customer service
Its too soon to review the product but the service was absolutely ridiculous. It took 3 weeks for my order to be despatched and i was misinformed about the status of my order. Customer service was very poor after sale! Im still waiting for a reply to my complaint, I won’t be ordering again purely because of the customer service!

Absolute scam do not purchase anything from them
I had the worst experience with company i ordered the hair mask 8 weeks ago and it never got delivered. I emailed the company and a lady called Sidra reply in very unprofessional way. She can not provide with proof of delivery or give my refund.

They offered me a full refund for the product that was faulty, so im happy.
In terms of the product it doesnt work for me but it may work for others.

Heavenly scent, hair so soft feels brand new
Leaves hair feeling brand new, so soft and smells heavenly. Never using another mask again. Great value for money, little goes a long way. Recommend to everyone!

Not enough product
I ordered twice and in the first instance postage was quick but the second one took 1 month to arrive. Although the product did leave my hair really soft the quantity is really small , I have short hair and I only got 5 uses out of 1 pot considering they’re around £40 each this is disappointing, they’re also not filled very generously

Ordered the silk and bubble hair mask! Love it, has made my hair feel much softer and silkier. Was a slight delay in delivery but it was understandable due to COVID-19. Definitely worth the buy and they had a great deal on the bestie bundle.
