ordered over a month ago and nothing has been received. I reached out via email as they removed their website. But no response. they have not issued a refund, seems like a SCAM Company taking orders and not delivering. STAY AWAY

Silk and bubble hair mask ordering December !!! Have not yet received my order ,it was on sale and normally I get it when I pay the full amount but surprisingly didn’t get it when I got it for £20. Sent multiple emails out too and still not responded to me.

I wish I had read the reviews before placing an order. I ordered the ultimate bundle, more than a month ago and still not received my order despite chasing them up via email and social media. Appalling and atrocious customer service, avoid at all costs. I’ve had to contact my bank for a chargeback as they have been ignoring me. Unprofessional is an understatement. I would give them a zero star rating if I could !!!

Order placed on 17th march it’s been almost a month I didn’t even receive it

I haordered on 2/3/2024 but still not received my order despite of me being contacting few times but no response received 😔

I have placed an order over a week ago, paid £6.00 for it to be delivered within 1-3 it’s been over a week and still not received it, got in contact with the company a few time but getting no response.

Gutted about this as I have placed an order in the past and never had an issue then.

Absolutely amazing bundle! In love with the shampoo, always loved the hair mask and regularly get this and the mist is amazing, love the smell of everything too

I placed an order in november and still have not recieved the order. I have been constantly emailing then but there is no update on the product. My card has been charged as well. This is a unprofessional company that just takes your money.

I placed an order and i missed the parcel, it was sent to the local shop for collection, i went to collect it as soon as i recieved the missed card. The shoo owner said the parcel wasnt there. I emailed silk bubble with my parcel number and they had confirmed that the parcel has been sent back to them for some odd reason as the guy left card saying its at the local shop. Then silk bubble messaged that once they recieve the parcel they will straight away send my parcel back out to me, but i still havent recieved my parcel. This is my first bad experience with silk bubble

Paid £6 for DPD 1-3 day delivery, after 7 days I chased as it still hadnt even been shipped. I was then told by Lauren that the £6 is standard delivery and they take 3 days to process the order then a first 7 days to deliver and that even though I have an email confirmation to show I paid £6 for DPD 1-3 day delivery that doesn't matter. I have twice requested a refund and to cancel the order and I am being ignored. Wish I had checked the reviews before

This issue is going on since February.
They told me they have already returned my money but I never got it. I asked them for the proof with the date so that I can check with the bank. But they have not send the details of the moneytransfer till yet. How can I reach them? They ignore my mails and dms

Very poor I still haven’t received my order and it’s been 2 weeks
