Love the galaxy rings I ordered, fit

This is such great quality ..this is my 3rd order from Silkand Cotton! I absolutely love their jewelry..try it..you'll re-order I guarantee it!

i ordered a cheap ring and i got a cheap ring. tho it is a very nice cheap ring. idk sketched out with their whole sales model but they delivered the product i was expecting.

My husband absolutely loves his rings and the customer service is truly outstanding. You won’t be disappointed in any purchase!

They shipped my order to a random address and queens, (I live in Manhattan) and were like sorry, can’t help you, it’s shipped… like how is that your answer. For all I know they didn’t ship anything and just took my money.

My product was shipped quicky but there was an issue with the delivery company. All emails to customer service were answered promptly and shipping of a new order was required. It was received on time and the rings were excellent quality, exactly as described.

I ordered a ring size and their system changed my order and sent me the wrong size. I have emailed them and am being told that the system is not flawed and that I made a mistake, when I know that I didn't. Furthermore, I have asked about exchanging the rings and they are now ignoring my emails. Absolute scam.

They shipped me a pack of plastic gummy bears when I ordered a free ring. Complete scam. Had to get a refund through my credit card company. Customer service also does not reply. DO NOT BUY UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE.

I am more than satisfied with the service and the products i ordered. I waited for the package to arrive a bit long but it is okay. I recommend this store!

Items are from China and not really from a shop in London. False advertisement. I ordered two items and only one came.

I love the rings! I love the selection and the prices! Silk and cotton is easy to work with, I received my orders quickly and have started building a ring collection for myself!!!

Customer support is incredible.

I ordered two different necklaces but accidentally received 2 of the same ones.
Same day i reached out, they were incredibly understanding and immediately sent the correct one.

Only thing i could suggest they improve is the delivery time in Europe

Shipping scam - The products that are on offer for 'free' charge about £10 for shipping (Not even gonna mention the ridiculous 'actual' prices...), but they buy the products from Aliexpress and put in your details, making the actual cost about £3. Just go and buy from Aliexpress

i haven't gotten my items yet and i will edit this review once i get them but i was able to quickly and without any hassle change my order. tldr customer service is great

i've received my rings now and i'm delighted with them

I'm in France, so its' difficult for me to order. And even with that the team of silk and cotton have help me to solve my problem.
In that fact i advice you tou trust them, they listen you and try quickly to solve the inconvenient. For me it's a great point for a brand beacause not every have this qualities

They make you believe the products are free and the shipping is 70 eur

Does take longer than expected to arrive but great customer service and beautiful pieces of jewellery
