Silk Executive Travel Reviews

I’d like to be really honest with this review as I’d like to re book for another event .
Firstly I’d like to say we absolutely loved traveling in luxury . We had a party of 6 going to and from the coop arena to see a concert for my son’s 14th birthday.
Collection and pickup were seamless
Booking was seamless
Cars were clean and well stocked with goodies
Driver was amazing and very helpful

The down fall was -
The car going had no air con working so we were basically cooking in the back .. it became funny it was that hot ! But the driver was amazing and said he would change the car coming home .
He collected us all perfect but …. We had a 5 seat in the back and one in the front … this just was a little sad as one person in our party missed out on the final little party .

I really don’t want to say anything sad and upset about the experience as the boys really loved it but it did just take the edge off for me.
Thank you

Car arrived on time and the driver was very nice. However I had booked a Prosecco trip as this was an important celebration only to find there was none, replaced by 2 330ml bottles of peroni. Let’s hope the return trip is what it should be.

Absolutely fantastic!
On time, messaged us to update on arrival. Car was immaculate, clean and well appointed with water and complimentary sweets. The driver was very smart and friendly. The interior of the car was exceptional!
The driver removed the middle table to give us more space, he did this without asking.
The drive was smooth, we will definitely be travelling with Silk again soon!
Thank you

Used both ways to and from Heathrow, great drives and super friendly! Highly recommend and would use again. Luxury travel for sure!

On time, friendly driver and drove in style to the Airport. A great way to kick start my 40th!!

Amazing service started the party highly recommend

The car arrived perfectly on time with the driver being super friendly and helpful. The journey was smooth. My son LOVED the whole experience especially playing Fifa on his journey home.

Fantastic service, pick ups were exactly on time. The whole experience was amazing. We will definitely be booking again!

Travel to and from our wedding couldn't have been more perfect. We were able to play our own music on the way to our reception venue and plenty of space of my wedding dress to travel in the utmost comfort and luxury. A brilliant addition to an already perfect day. Thank you!

The driver was very professional and looked after ourselves and our guests very well.

Our driver was punctual, professional, and made the journey to the airport a great experience. The explanations before the ride were informative, and the thoughtful touches like snacks and prosecco added a luxurious feel. We almost wished the ride was longer! A perfect way to start our trip in style—highly recommend and will definitely use again

Daniel the driver was extremely helpful and even offered one of our party his coat to keep them warm after flying back from Florida heat into minus 3 degrees. The service offered by Silk Executive Travel is exceptional.
