Unbelievable service from start to finish, vehicle was stunning and Daniel our driver was the nicest guy ever.
Would highly recommend these guys. You will not be disappointed.

We only had a short journey to central Manchester from Bury, but it was a lovely treat for a special birthday surprise.

The driver was very friendly and really helpful.

I now know why it’s called a land jet! It really does feel like a private jet.

From the beginning to end the service was amazing, great communication before pickup to let you know the details and provided reassurance that everything was in hand. The driver arrived in good time and was extremely professional, friendly & polite and explained all the mod cons on board. The vehicle had everything and more you could wish for to start our holiday in style making what is usually a stressful time a very pleasurable experience, one I would highly recommend to anyone. Could not fault our recent journey to the airport and return journey 10 days later. We had the same driver Daniel both ways and he was fantastic! Took our bags from the door to put in the car, showed us how to use everything inside including music / TV, then got us anything we wanted for the journey - water, soft drinks and Prosecco. The kids loved having free rein of YouTube playing all their favourite songs which was a great way to start our holiday. On our way home Daniel was waiting for us as soon as we walked out of the arrival doors, he lead us to the car and this time had the PlayStation set up for our boys which they enjoyed even though it was 4am! He managed to get us out of a very busy car park very quickly and home which we very much appreciated after a long night travelling. Would definitely recommend and will be booking again in the future.

Daniel was on time, communicative and a lovely person. Drove a group of 16 year olds into town for a special birthday celebration and felt so safe leaving them in Daniel’s capable hands,

Davide was brill ,very helpful sorted all the cases and kids with the sweets and tv ,and drinks they had the best time didn't want to get out it was a surprise as well for the grandchildren they didn't know they was going in the car fantastic service.

We had two of your vehicles to take us to Manchester Registry Office for our wedding on Friday. Both trips were fantastic, we were really well looked after. The bubbles and beers were very well received and for those who hadn't been in one of your vehicles before everything was a lovely surprise.

From the moment we phoned up to the moment we got dropped of right outside the door of course. The service was great. They went above and beyond. Especially the driver helping with all the suitcases from the airport. Putting them on a trolley and pulling them to the vehicle. Why we just sat and chilled after a long flight.

I have used the company quite a few times in the past, but usually the land jet rather than the sprinter. The vehicle was lovely, however felt tired in places- one chair didn't recline properly, the footrest on one of the seats was filthy, the sticky seal around the pop out tables was hanging off etc. Most annoyingly, the tv remote couldn't be found for our trip up to Wembley so we couldn't watch tv, and then on the way back we had the remote but Netflix, Apple TV, Sky Go, Disney etc- non of them were working. The driver however was excellent and tried his best to help. Many Thanks

Great service transport was clean and on time. Nothing to much if requested bus was fantastic and driver looked after us all day from the minute we was picked up.

Myself and my bridesmaids were lucky to have been taken to my wedding venue by Atif at Silk Travel. He was very courteous and we loved travelling in luxury to the wedding! The added touches of the music, water etc made it feel extra special.
I found the booking process and customer service easy and straightforward. Everyone was prompt and professional. I highly recommend and would use again.

Had the pleasure of David taking me to London this morning. He was early and very professional. The vehicle was immaculate and the entertainment system was easy to use for the journey. I will definitely be using this company again. Definitely 5 stars! Excellent experience from a executive company.Thank you.

Overall a good service. Driver was late due to traffic for pick up, 2waters for 4 people, no sweets as stated and warm Prosecco. The return journey was much better, on time more water and had sweets but again warm drinks. Suggest having some sort of mini fridge would enhance the experience.

We had Davide (don’t know if I’ve spelt that right!) anyway he took us to the horse racing for the day, I own my own taxi company and he honestly was on the best service I have received! Me and the girls had the best time, the 7 seater was so nice and comfy and had everything you would need, booking was so easy will definitely be using again, thank you!

Brilliant service. Drivers in suits and super kind as we have two young children. This is the second time we have booked and would definitely book again
