BEWARE!!! Scam company!!!

I placed an order on December 14, 2021. I received my order #77687 yesterday and received a message saying that my order is complete. However, the most expensive item, a black wool cape coat, black, size L, is missing. I have emailed this company numerous times and tried calling them and no one responds. No one answers their phone and the message says that their mailbox is full. I was charged $238.00. I would either like to receive my item or a credit. I will never do business with this company ever again and warn everyone not to purchase anything from them. This company is a scam!

I placed an order on Nov 27th and by…

I placed an order on Nov 27th and by Dec 10th the status still read processing. I could not find a number to reach them and sent them an email and message on Instagram. Someone did respond to both messages about 2 days later and issued me a refund. They also said I could let them know if there was another item I was interested in and they would verify if it was in stock. Did this mean that the item I had ordered wasn't in stock when I placed my order?

Do not buy anything from them!!!

Do not buy anything from them. They are not selling real silk, it is a garbage. Their quality is very poor. Also, they will charge you for shipping fee +return fee.
I got my return after one month, it is not good. I do not recommend this company to anyone.

Purchase with caution. Delays in shipping.

I made a purchase on 11/24, my account was debited 11/26 and it’s 2 weeks later and I’ve received nothing about shipping or the status of my order. I’ve emailed them and received ABSOLUTELY NO RESPONSE. I am so annoyed at this point and feel forced to call my bank for assistance with a refund.

**HERE’S AN UPDATE**

Finally got a response after making this post and was told that I would have to wait until MID AUGUST for a winter coat I ordered. Are you kidding me!! What am I supposed to do with a puffer coat in August?! I’m beyond pissed at this point. Guess what happens if I’m patient and wait until August? My bank won’t help me get my funds back because it would be over their time limit for a claim if they fail to provide product then.

I WANT MY REFUND ASAP!!!

Just a warehouse in China

I just received my SilkMaison order and I was disappointed to see the label say it came from China. Their website says they are based in NY and their order confirmation says Denver. If you Google their addresses, they show up as a Chase Bank in NYC and a construction/lumber company in Denver. This place is a complete scam. I was specifically on the lookout for items not made in China and I regret that I didn’t look into the company more. The product is fine but it’s the deceiving the customer that gets this company a 1 star rating. Not worth it in my opinion!

This company is a scam!!!
I haven't received the item I purchased on November 9, but the order status indicates "completed." I've sent a lot of emails, and there's no response. I'm sure that the payment went through. Also, the tracking number they provided doesn't work, which I believe is fake. I saw many people have the same issue, leaving messages under their Instagram posts, and THEY JUST DELETED THEM!!

SCAM Just like what the others said

Just like what the others said, this company is a scam.

I'd really like to know what happened to my order 69736. I made a purchase on the 27th of last month, and the credit card history shows me that the payment went through.

The fact that I did not receive a single reply to my emails and the company not sending any sort of notification of the order having an issue are making me extremely frustrated.

THEREFORE, I WOULD LIKE TO CANCEL THE ORDER AND GET A FULL REFUND. If this does not get resolved by the end of this week, I must take a legal action.

Wrong item received & no response

I agree with the other reviewers who are writing about how this company tries to scam you. I recently received my order of three items, one M and two L. However one of the items that I'd ordered in a large came in a small! Furthermore, when I measured the small item and compared it with the other two, they were identical. Needless to say, they are all too small and don't fit--much smaller than the sizing guide indicates on the website. I emailed customer support with my order number and a photo, and they never responded. I also tried to call the phone number on the website, and an automated message said that the mailbox was full. I'm filing a complaint with PayPal and anyone else I can think of to get this company to honor their commitment to respond and issue a refund.

Feels like a scam

Ordered a dress which didn’t fit, have sent multiple emails to their support address asking how to return with no response. Feels like a big scam to me given you only have 14 days to return and they provide no information anywhere on how to do this. Order is 69382

They finally got in touch after this review was posted with a returns address in FRANCE! Given they don’t cover your returns and insist it is sent tracked it cost more than £10….still haven’t received my refund and suspect this painful process is to deter people from making the effort to return!

FRAUD

I believe this “company” is fraud. They send “orders” without things in them and they also do not have a working phone number or email so that when you try to make a return you cannot. I will be pursuing legal action but I advise all others to know this is a fraudulent scam.

This place is a scam!!

I bought a hot pink 'silk' (lol) dress from them. First of all, it took over a month to ship to me. When it looked like a cheap bag on me (nothing like how it looked the model), I went to go return it. It says you need to email them for the return address within 14 days of receiving the item. I have since emailed them 3 TIMES and have not received a response back!!! I literally can't return my $160 dress to them because nobody will respond to me. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

Don’t listen to the 5 star reviews on here, silk maison are creating accounts to write 5 star reviews. They are a horrific company based in China, not New York as they make it seem on their social media and website.

Their customer service is shocking, they are a fraudulent company who will not reply to emails and they will not send you your order.

I have been scammed by them and I’m unsure how to even get my money back.

I have placed an order exactly 15 days ago and for the past 11 days my order is with status ''FedEx label received'. In other words, FedEx has been scheduled and received a label for a pickup and that's all done for this time.

WROST online shopping experience ever…

WROST online shopping experience ever !!!! I ordered a coat on November 11th and I had have to email them all the time to get a confirmation of my order. And I waited for two weeks , the time I was supposed to get my order delivered to me , BUT I didn’t get it . I emailed them again, they said my order hasn’t shipped yet. I was so frustrated coz it says 7-14 days for delivery on their website. By the time I supposed to get it , they have not shipped it to me !
And they emailed me to say that my order will be shipped in early December. So disappointing! I emailed them again to say that I need to know when exactly I will get my order shipped, and this time they said the MIDDLE of December !!!!!!!!!!! This is so Ridiculous!! So it means my order will take more than ONE MONTH to get shipped to me !!!! Plus the delivery time , I will never get my order !!!!!!!! So disappointing and frustrating!!!!
My order number is 43840, I hope you can ship the order to me right away, otherwise I need to get my refund !
