Quality chair, excellent customer support

On the first place i received the chair with a scratch imperfection on the lumbar part of the back of the seat.
I was attended in a couple of days and informed about the shipping of the damaged part.
The chair is ergonomic and confortable with an awesome relation quality to price.

I did not receive the chair

I did not receive the chair, the delivery company reported the chair suffered some damage and said the were returning it.

I bought two chairs the same day under…

I bought two chairs the same day under the same order N., the delivery was confusing since they sent instructions for the delivery but the carrier only delivered one chair, when asking for information they did not know the status of the other chair or the delivery company.In the end, the second chair was delivered the day after by a different carrier.

400€ chair broken after 3.5 years of use

My HJH AIR-PORT chair (which retails for more than 400€ in their website right now) broke in half after 3.5 years of use. The retailer doesn't offer anything else than buying a replacement part.
I wouldn't recommend this brand, in my opinion the pricing doesn't reflect the quality of materials.
I weigh 75kg and always took great care of it, I don't think the chair was under any unusual stress, so it's not normal that the main support of the seat breaks like this.

Difficult to ensamble and no easy instructions. I dont recomend it

Very good quality chair

Very good quality chair. Materials are really good and strong, the wheels structure is made of steel and it is really hard and resistant, you even notice when the wheels go over a carpet, it doesn't get stuck on the carpet. Very fast shipping.
