I work for a large company and i have never had an issue with Silmid,
They are helpful and quick working, I love our sales Rep and have a great relationship. Hope to have a continued good working relationship wit Silmid in the future.

Very helpful, never any issues regarding enquiries or orders.

Could not get thru on website but have discovered afterwards they have
the wrong email address for me, now I know should be simpler.

We were supplied with an incorrect varnish by Sil-Mid and when we re-ordered it, the service received wasn't very good.
I expected a better service seeing as it was a Sil-Mid error and I was constantly chasing up delivery dates for the replacement item.
If I'd have known this would have happened I'd have asked Sil-Mid to take the incorrect item back.

I NEEDED A PRODUCT NEXT DAY AND WAS HAVING TROUBLE ORDERING ON THE WEBSITE SO I CALLED THEM UP AND THEY SORTED IT STRAIGHT AWAY - I RECEIVED MY DELIVERY BY 9AM THE FOLLOWING DAY :-)

I found doing business with Sil-Mid to be a pleasure, their customer service is excellent, their staff communicate clearly and they offer very reliable deliveries.

My general opinion of Silmid is very high. I have been dealing with them for a long time and have no cause for complaint from the sales department or customer service departments, at all. However, we have been suffering some QA issues recently, which is a cause for some concern.

I needed one of their products urgently. Reply to enquiry email was rapid, item ordered and delivered the following morning. Excellent! Communications were excellent so I knew exactly where we were. Lady I dealt with (Helen) clearly a credit to the Company.

Excellent customer service always able to help, only a few issues with the confirmation emails for our orders not being received so we have to chase up the goods but otherwise very happy.

Although I do not require many of the products from Silmid I wish I did. I have had know issues with the company or the contacts there. They have been informative in requests for information and able to deliver this information and their products promptly.

A very reliable supplier of high professional standard. We require expiry dates on ordered products and this is always provided with every product. I would highly recommend to any potential customer.

The order was despatched within about an hour of ordering and arrived the next working day. You just cannot fault that for service. Well done to Silmid and all staff there. If only all companies operated in such a commendable way.
