Beautiful earrings but disappointing packaging
The birthstone earrings I bought (as a gift) are beautiful but I was disappointed they were sent in a generic Silverado box with no reference to the brand or the fact that they are November birthstones.

I accidentally ordered my earrings to be collected at the store, one quick email to Silverado asking for it to be changed to my home garnered a super quick response, 'no worries at all' and the earrings arrived at home in the next couple of days - no charge for postage. Lovely earrings too - beautiful quality. Very happy!
