Yes, I just recieved the Darth Vader with the kids and it looks like the printer ran out of ink. Lines through it and discolored. The print has a scratch on the back as well. Not worth the money at all. Very disappointed.

I wish I had come here before ordering a Father's Day gift. I thought I was going to get a cute Darth Vader figurine with 3 figurines representing our kids. Oh my gosh. It looks like a flat printout with a thick glaze over the top, like a paperweight. It is bizarre. Also, was $50.00 including shipping. Unreal. I will complain, but looks like my complaints will go unheard. Horrible.

I placed an order and received something that does not look like what was advertised. I have written 3 emails to customer support but have not heard anything. So disappointed I will never order from them again! Scam

Do not order from these idiotic people trying to scam people out of their hard earned money . They can’t be trusted they don’t stand by trying to help you with what you ordered

I was charged double for one item. Was told it was delivered today and I never received it. Company never responded to my numerous emails. I'm in touch with my bank about this being fraud. Don't order from them!

Their products look nothing like the images you will see online. They purposely mislead you in thinking the cups are 3 dimensional, their not. They are total garbage.
They wo t refund or allow returns.

Ordered a mothers day gift for my wife and it said guaranteed in time. They are going to miss it by a few days. Absolute trash company.

I purchased without checking reviews.

After reading reviews, I was VERY worried I was scammed.

However, the item arrived in about a week and a half and it was what I ordered.
The quality of the item is good not great but seems to be worth the money I spent.

After all the negative reviews, I felt I needed to put a positive about my experience.

Terrible customer service! Return policy sucks! Paid $30 for a sunshade for my Jeep that actually had a picture of a Jeep but it’s way too big so I’m trying to return it and they are telling me I can’t get a full refund because the measurements were on the product description. I would not recommend these people to anyone!!!

So my review is mixed because I had ordered a large shirt for my husband for Fathers Day and the price did jump up when it went to the cart but I assumed because I added so many names onto the shirt to personalize it. Well when the shirt came it was a 4XL and I emailed them to say that’s not what I ordered and they said they couldn’t do anything about it because they are not responsible when a customer orders something wrong. I assured them over and over I would not have ordered a 4XL and I knew the price changed but I assumed for reasons above. Told them I was never ordering again and I was going to put on all of my social media how horrible they were. To their credit they did send the correct size and did not charge me extra but the shirt is not great material and definitely not worth the money I spent on it. But I did appreciate that they replaced the incorrect one.

This company is horrible. Terrible customer service and my product is lost somewhere. Please don’t use them. You throwing money away. Awful.

Omg I can only tell you not to waste your money on this top so bad quality and ugly too expensive to be so bad quality and ugly, on their page everything is beautiful but in reality those clothes are very ugly and of poor quality😡😡😡😡

I'd give them zero if I could took 80 bucks for seat covers then takes two months to ship them when I got them they had stains on them and there customer service is rude I won't buy from these people again

I ordered the Hippie Insulated Tumbler. Looked beautiful online. Vibrant colors and beautiful. It took me over a month, but I luckily did receive it. I paid almost $50 for a tumbler that looks like my 5 year old niece could have made it. Looks very cheaply made. Not vibrant as pictured. Looks like a piece of dull hippie designed print of vinyl was just slapped on! Do not buy! Beware

This company is a rip off, no way to contact them on why you haven't received your product. Thieves.
P.S. I filed a fraud report with the FTC (Federal Trade Commission) on this company.

I placed an order on June 6. I still don't have my order I cannot get my money back because an email that comes is not Legitimate. This Web site is a scam. Do not order anything.

I haven't even received my order yet it's been 2 months and no email and no product. This has to be a scam because they just took my money and they don't even have a way to contact them. They are a rip off.

Horrible customer service. Orders take forever. Tracking orders impossible. Reaching anyone with company impossible. Finally received my cup. Extremely cheap quality. Stinks like chemicals. Sticky to the touch. Reached out to them. No help

If I could give negative stars, I would. I ordered a pair of dragonfly shoes and was hoping to get them for a running event. The package came and it was damaged. I opened it up and IT WAS A TOWEL!!! When I emailed customer support, they said that my product was delivered. I informed them that a package was delivered, but it wasn't what I ordered.
I have sent countless emails and they always say the same thing-we can ship you new order. I do not want the shoes any longer and want my full refund. I cannot stress enough that you should NOT purchase a piece of lint from this so called company.
I am now out $75 and have a towel I could have gone to the dollar store to purchase.
*added to on 8/22/2020...communication is still near to non-existent. I've gotten one response since posting the review in July and they are willing to send me a pair of shoes free of charge. 1.) If I actually wanted them, I would hope they'd be free at this point. 2.) I no longer need them. 3.) I just want my money back. 4.) It is exhausting trying to get them to do anything and 5.) I already went out and bought a pair if Brooks. That was the best money I've ever spent and will never buy another brand. Brooks are amazing!!

Never received the shirts, keep saying they are being printed. Blaming it on COVID-19, lying , lying a scam company. Don't order from them.
