If I could give this company 0 stars I would. I ordered my shirts on 06/03/2020 and the order still says printing. I sent an “email” request (since they don’t allow you to type in any actual questions or comments) only to receive a prewritten response using Covid-19 as an excuse as to why my package was delayed. I didn’t even receive a potential ship date or anything and the status still says printing. This is definitely a scam website for sure. And when you leave comments on their Facebook page alluding to the fact that orders are delayed or no items have been received, they delete all of the reviews except the positive reviews. I hate I was ever suckered into buying from this company and will be looking into contacting the BBB shortly.

I ordered a tshirt on 5/10/20. I wrote them several times and I get the same answer each time. It is being printed. I put in a claim because I was tired of waiting. This morning I was refunded $8.99. The cost of the shirt was $12,99 plus $4.99 for shipping. How did they get to the figure? Never again. What a ripoff.

I ordered 2 shirts May 10th. I still have not received my things. They refunded me some money due to how long things were taking. When I check my status it still says printing. I will never order from this cite again.

Ordered over a month ago on 5/11 and still hasn’t been printed yet. They did email me back about it 2 days later. They said it should ship by 6/10 yet when they sent the email it was 6/16. Now it’s 6/20 and it’s still the same. I wouldn’t buy from them. If they know it takes over a month to print that should be said prior to purchase so people don’t expect that, all I was told was 5-15 business days in my email. Not sure if I was scammed or not yet. But it’s getting annoying and exhausting keeping up with it among everything else going on. I literally bought things from China and Australia during the pandemic and it didn’t take this long. I understand shipping taking long but it hasn’t even been printed yet. It’s really disheartening to read that others are going through the same thing.

I am giving this only 2 stars because of the length of time it has taken. First, I did receive this order yesterday, June 16, 2020, two months after being ordered. It is very nice and well made. Thank you.
The history of this order, though, is horrible.
It was ordered way back in April. On May 2 it was stated as shipped. No word after that, for weeks. After coming to the realization that we were being scammed, and was ready to contact our credit card company, it finally arrived on June 16. I did some checking and discovered that it actually was "shipped" on May 2 and USPS was notified, but it went to a Shipping Partner, Pitney Bowes. Pitney Bowes apparently had it all the way up to June 14, when it was finally turned over to USPS. USPS did it's job and had it to our door two days later, on June 16. Why did Pitney Bowes have it all that time? My advice to Silverytshirt is Pitney Bowes is not your partner if they are causing you to lose business. Deal with USPS directly. And if they are doing your printing for you, find another printer. They are hurting you, not helping you.

I ordered my t shirts on June 6th 2020. I received a text preparing to print . Nothing else. The order number is #RL-10629-02482. Today is June 15, 2020. Please let me know what is going on with my order. I will wait another week to see if I hear anything.

I want to give no stats. These people saying they ordered during the pandemic and got their order, well they must be lying. I ordered in april NOTHING not one shirt I ordered 4, they are thieves, notify BBB DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS CON COMPANY
low and behold, got 3 shirts today, after many complaints. i guess i won't be getting the last one, i still would not order from this company. save yourself the aggravation

Love my shirts. The quality of the material and print is excellent, also true to size. Yes shipping did take about a month, but so in love with my purchase.

All I want is a response to my emails I have sent about my order. I placed the order in March and still have not received it. Please respond to emails!!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!! I found the company on Facebook a while ago, I contemplated ordering from them many times but I never did because I was skeptical. Then on May 15th, 2020; I decided to place an order. I received an email that very same day confirming my order. After that, I never heard another word from this company so I sent an email query regarding the unknown status of my order on May 30th, 2020. They responded with a tracking number and advised that my order will ship out to me by 6/8/20. Today is 6/13/20 and when I click on the link associated with the tracking number, it states that my order is still printing. This is unacceptable and since they don’t allow cancellations of orders, I’m on the verge of contacting my bank and disputing the charge. It feels like this company is a scamming operation and the complete absence of customer service isn’t very assuring at all!

My tee shirts are superb. High quality beyond what I expected. I will be ordering with them again.

Absolute thieves.....Crap emails banging on about covid19pandemic delays.Such nonsense,my friend ordered me 4 t shirts for my birthday 30days ago,not even printed yet.No delays in taking the cost of them.I have ordered items from proper companies during pandemic,without major delays or BS stories.Robbing scammers,dont believe i will ever see the tshirts.DONT ATTEMPT TO BUY FROM SUCH A DISHONEST BUNCH OF A@@HOLES!!!My friend works hard for her money,as we all do,not like these nasty criminals.

So far l have received 1 of 3 tee shirts that l ordered but l love the one l got.

I ordered five tshirts during the pandemic. They were delivered during the pandemic. All the tshirts were exactly what I ordered, the color on all of them was wonderful and the sizes were true to what I needed and ordered. I will order more t-shirts in the future as I think the graphics are great!

I placed an order for a pair of tennis shoes on May 18, 2020. When I track my order, it says that the shoes shipped on May 25th, yet two weeks later, we still don't have them. It has been 3 weeks since I ordered them! When I called their customer service number, it was a recording that gave me the option to track my order or cancel my order. When I track the order, it gave me the same non-information that they were shipped on May 25th, with no probable delivery date. When I then tried to email them, it gives me ready-made sentences to choose from that don't apply to what I need to know. There is ZERO customer service at this company and I am beginning to wonder if they just took my money and I will never hear from them again.

I would love to give 5 stars, but you will not give me my other shirt that was paid for and you will not respond to me either.

YES IT TOOK QUITE SOME TIME FOR MY SHIRTS TO ARRIVE!!! HOW EVER BEING ORDERED INTHE MIST OF THE PANDEMIC THE COMPANY DID APOLOGIZE AND SAID IT WILL TAKE MORE TIME TO PRINT AND DELIVER. FOR THEY TOO ,SILVERYSHIRT, ALSO HAD TO THINK ABOUT THEIR EMPLOYEES HEALTH AND SAFETY TOO. SO REDUCTION IN STAFF, SOCIAL DISTANCING HAD TO ACCURE......BUT UPON RECEIVING MY SHIRTS, I FOUND THEM TO BE OF GREAT QUALITY FABRIC, SIZED TO MY FIT, AND VERY IMPRESSED WITH THE PRINTING!!!! #AUTISMSPEAKS.... EVEN THOUGH I MISSED WEARING IT IN APRIL. STILL A REDEEMED CUSTOMER. AND THIS IS A REAL POST!!!!!!!
