Had difficulty getting it to work. Contacted portal customer support.
Never got a reply. A big disappointment.
To be fair I did eventually get it to work but very sporadic. My wife had no problems at all. Both on iPhones.

We would really appreciate the opportunity to look into the issue further and understand what may have caused the sporadic connection you experienced, especially since the eSIM worked without issues on your wife’s device.
We’ve reached out to you directly via email to gather a few more details and a screenshot of the eSIM status on your device so we can investigate this properly. If you’re still travelling, we’d be more than happy to help resolve the issue as quickly as possible. The eSIM would not activate for Panamá
The eSIM would not activate for Panamá. I purchased and was refunded twice. Customer service tried hard but was never successful. I purchased a eSIM at the airport that met my needs for the remainder of the trip. I however spent most of my time without data while attempting to make Sim Local work.
