I received the wrong item in my order
I received the wrong item in my order, and unfortunately, there doesn’t seem to be an option on your website to start a return for international orders. I’ve also checked the cost of returning the package by post, and it would cost me more to ship it back than I originally paid for the shoes.
I’ve already sent an email regarding this issue but haven’t received a response. Since the incorrect item was sent to me, I would really appreciate your help with arranging a return at no additional cost to me or providing an alternative solution.

I placed an order for a boots in a size…
I placed an order for boots in a size 7 and 8 for my Grandaughter as we were not sure of sizing. Went on to the Simmi portal and returned the unwanted size 7. Dropped off at the Post Office, received an email to say the boots had been received and another email to say I had been refunded. Very good service.

Undelivered package
You've sent me 2 or 3 requests for a rating before I even receive my order! How can I rate you yet? But worse than that - today i received notice that the delivery company tried to deliver my order when I wasn't home. The message said that the driver left a note telling me how to arrange for re-delivery. BUT - I have no note. No idea how to contact the delivery company and no idea how to get my order. I am so very disappointed right now. This was a birthday gift for my granddaughter . . .
