Boots were faulty. Customer Services not great. Takes an age to reply, doesnt read emails properly, ignores evidence sent 3 times. I wont shop with them again

Buyers, beware, this company is extremely corrupt and dodgy. They will send you half made high heels that are poorly made, bad quality, not even finished, they will expect you to pay for the postage from Australian to London at your expense for their badly half made heels and the good luck trying to get a response back through email as they don't respond back to email either I had to take the complaint through to PayPal for them to finally respond save your money. Ladies don't buy from companies like these who are out to take all your hard earned money and only to send you half made horrible heels that is extremely dodgy And poorly quality heels. Stay away from them!!!!!! if you don't want a headache from shoes company. Their heels aren't even made properly. Company is selling very bad quality and should be not sold online. They do not know how customer service works and you will get a pair of faulty heels, and you will be left to pay the price of your hard-earned money to send back i will never wear these heels they will go in the bin with my $100 very shifty company. I'll be taking my complaint further. So companies like these don't scam, hard working people in Australia.

I loved my new black stiletto agathia heels, they are so beauitful. I had good experience, and good customer service. I wished it could be announced there will be toll, before i placed my order. Since i didnt know this, and had to pay double the amount, for shipping and toll together.🩷

I bought a pair of the shoes with gems on both straps. I wore these to a 3 course sit down meal which lasted about 5 hours, by the end I had 1 strap worth of gems left. For a pair of shoes that cost £32 with discount this should not be happening. I have since then contacted customer service who are absolutely useless and don’t care in the slightest. They claim I should have looked after the shoes more even though I barely walked around in the shoes, and they are spotless apart from the straps🤔. So if you are thinking of getting shoes from simmi don’t because it isn’t worth it and they don’t care about the quality of the products or customers at all.

Awful service had a Christmas return which was extended and then when processed was told it was too late I messaged and emailed over a week ago and I haven’t received any response I won’t be ordering from here again!

Sadly I had to return the items and I had to chase for a refund after not receiving confirmation after 7 days, once I contacted customer services, they confirmed receipt straight away and issued my refund immediately

I ordered several pairs of shoes totalling too £127
I got a picture from DPD with a parcel on something saying delivered signed by me. I had no parcel.
Impossible to be signed by myself as i was out and why would the picture be taken outside somewhere.
I reported it and was told i need to get a crime reference i called 101 who did not understand why i needed a reference at this initial stage. I sent video and pics of ring door footage no DPD delivery shown.
Simmi tried to investigate and DPD said due to timeframe nothing they can do, simmi sent me that email and left it there. I asked what is the situation then, no shoes and no refund? I never got a response. Absolutely appalling service.
I'm attempting to get a refund and the customer service is disgraceful. They are ignoring my emails and the mailbox is allegedly full.
Harmony was very helpful, addressed all my issues and concerns. Very pleased with the fast response and great customer service!

I places my order since on 22rd of December. I wanted to put on Saturday. Up till date it has not yet been delivered.
Shoes were missing diamonds before an event - was offered to return them and be sent a new pair but it would’ve been too late. Only one missing on arrival so it wasn’t too bad. Attended a black and white themed meal most of the night sat down, 7 diamonds then fell from the shoes.. bad quality heels imo. And the exchange policy is ridiculous 🤷🏽♀️ very overpriced for something that fell apart with one wear.
Harmony was really helpful and resolved my query very promptly.

Got my shoe parcel today, fully excited thinking I’m set for NYE only to discover on order note that the shoes i wanted are out of stock. At no point was I told, I’ve received 2 emails saying they are on the way only for them not to turn up.
