Boots were faulty. Customer Services not great. Takes an age to reply, doesnt read emails properly, ignores evidence sent 3 times. I wont shop with them again

Items returned which was confirmed as received but still awaiting refund after more than 2 weeks.
Aftersales/Customer service disgusting. Email contact only, 24hrs wait for each response and no phone lines. Dispute lodged with Resolver and own credit card provider.
AVOID as a nightmare trying to get a refund for returned items.
Harmony was quick to respond to my query and I was happy with response

Horrible service. I received damaged shoes that cost less than $200 yet they Expect me ti pay $200 to send them back just for a refund not even worth half of what I’d be paying for shipping.
My boots were faulty (nothing against the company, could happen with any, more expensive shop). The customer service team got back to my email and photos really quickly and refunded my money without asking for the boots back. Can’t fault the retailer and will definitely be buying from them again in the future.

I ordered some sandals. Very cute in person but were too small. A complete waste of money since I live in the US and not the UK. Tried to return the shoes and they wanted 40 dollars to ship it. I paid 47 dollars for the shoes so it was a total waste.
Grateful for the customer support I received from harmony as frustrated as I was she made it a seamless experience

I made two orders on their website and both orders included shoes that either didn’t fit or were unwearable since they had zero grip on the bottom of the shoe. Correct me if I’m wrong but a shoe should have some grip and be meant for walking in.
Then when I contacted customer service they said I’d have to pay to return the items and I’d be charged £2.50 each for the return. Why am I being charged for this when the shoes are rubbish and aren’t fit for purpose. The customer service agent didn’t respond after I emailed to ask about the charge.
